I really like Tashir. It is always clean, cozy, tasty, and of high quality. A great place to have a cheap and tasty snack. There are breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Salads, soups, delicious khachapuri for 900, tea 300-350. Hot dog 800. A piece of pizza 300 (always delicious, my favorite bullfighting and hunting) desserts, burgers, baked cheese (1000) sausages with beer (1000). There is also sushi, but I haven't tried it yet. The prices and taste are excellent. Service is the eternal problem of Tashir Pizza, that you have to look for the menu and waiters yourself, because they don't need you at all.
A huge negative towards working hours. If you work until 23:00, why do you close the cash register and the kitchen at 22:00? We arrived at 21:45, we were forced to make an order in a hurry, because, you see, after 10 minutes the cash register is closed and the kitchen will not work either. So change your work schedule, maybe? Write that you are working until 22:00, before the last client leaves

Perhaps one of the most optimal chain establishments where you can have a full meal, in terms of price-quality ratio. A varied menu, delicious food, large portions, except that you have to wait for them for 15 minutes at one time - 45 at another, here as luck would have it. Pizza, seemingly the main dish on the menu, is very common, served in chunks, which makes it feel like it's just being warmed up, not baked for you. Soups and salads were much more impressed - I recommend starting your acquaintance with tomato cream soup and local caesar! The service is at the level of a cafe-food court with all the consequences, but at the same time I come back again and again to eat inexpensively and deliciously)

It is normal for this price category . Delicious. I waited for the mashed potatoes for 25 minutes , they brought barely warm . Of the serious disadvantages, the tables were frankly dirty, I had to move because the puddles on the table were conspicuous. Also, the official carries the plates by sticking his fingers on the top surface of the plate without trays, this is a gross mistake.

The menu takes an average of 10-15 minutes, even if the hall is empty and there is no loading.
The order is carried out from 15 minutes to an hour. But if they brought it in 15 minutes, consider yourself lucky. I ordered 2 slices of pizza, they were brought to me 50 minutes later, one of them turned out to be cold. During the hour that I waited, I was so hungry that these couple of pieces did not help, but ordering new food means risking staying here for another hour. As a result, after leaving the cafe, I went to eat somewhere else, wasting time and money here.
I have never seen such a terrible service. The pizza is very mediocre, the burger is terrible. But suddenly, delicious soups.
In general, I recommend it only if you want to save money, you have a lot of time and the service is absolutely not important to you, because there is no word for it at all. In any other case, pass by

I went around several pizzerias of this chain, but in my opinion this one turned out to be very good in terms of cuisine
I like to eat soups, but I don't like to cook them, and that's why I come here. For comparison: in other establishments, the soup is very liquid, and not rich. The soup is thicker here by half!
The only drawback is the long service.
I don't understand why it was necessary to do the service "like in a restaurant" if the institution is of a different level.
It would be many times FASTER and easier to go to the checkout, place an order, and pay on the spot.
Here you have to wait until they come to you, until they bring it, and then wait until they bring the bill.

The opportunity to pay for poor service. We came, sat down, waited for a while for the menu, and eventually took it ourselves. Three times they asked the waiters to come over. There was no effect. The waiters wipe the sofas, carry glasses, trays, do everything except take the order. In the end, they just left without waiting.
If you order food, then the option is not bad, I strongly advise against a personal visit.
The disgusting service will eventually be included in your bill

The quality of the delivery service is at the bottom.
They couldn't even reach a compromise, and the delivery person dropped the calls instead of answering and offering to solve the problem.

In general, Tashir pizza is quite tasty and cheap food on the web, but that's it. For this + 1 star. Tasty is not always of high quality, and cheap, as a rule, means low-quality!
In this particular restaurant, the service is also terrible. You can sit for 20 minutes and no one will approach you.
