A restaurant with aquariums where you can choose your own fish or seafood. The waiter spoke Russian, the service was hospitable. We took sea urchin, shrimps and deep-fried dragon grouper. The last one was especially interesting and delicious - juicy fish with dense meat, almost boneless, with a cool crunch from breading. I recommend you try it. The fish is big, it's better to take one for two. They left 301 yuan for everything, plus two side dishes and two beers.
