Previously, I often ordered from them, now the quality has deteriorated, the staff is terrible, I made an order and they announced to me the amount for delivery higher than usual because of the rain (they punched 2 times in the receipt for delivery in the rain so that the courier would go, as a result, a girl calls and says that the order is ready, but you need to wait because it is raining and the courier will not arrive, therefore the question is, why then is the delivery rate higher if the courier does not carry the order? and at the time of the order and in the next 2 hours it was not raining so much that the courier could not leave. last time I order something here
