The hotel is cool! Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views have done their job!) A 2-room suite on the 6th floor with a Jacuzzi! From 31.12 to 04.01.2026 For some reason, it was cold for the first 2 days. Then they apparently set up climate control!))) and it became very comfortable. The food is good, a solid four. The staff is polite.

Nice hotel near the end of Novaya Gagra. There is a market nearby, and there is a shuttle service to the beach of the Chelyuskintsev boarding house. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a standard without a balcony, there is a bidet in the bathroom, but note (and this can be seen from the photo) the toilet is located almost under the sink, which is not very convenient, especially for large people. Moreover, the quadrature of the bathroom made it possible to place everything more conveniently. The bathroom has a dental kit, shampoo, shower gel and soap. There are no slippers. There are beach towels. There is a refrigerator too. Tea station with black and green tea and sugar, 2 bottles of water without gas, which were replenished. Another small disadvantage is the soft mattress. The room is clean, linen and towels are clean. The hotel offers full board, a modest buffet, but you won't be hungry. The only thing I would like is a more acceptable coffee, well, at least freeze-dried (it was just a powder). The hotel also offers guided tours, there are many of them and the prices are adequate.

We are currently vacationing in Abkhazia, in this hotel.Our room is a suite with a balcony, 2-bedded.It is very large, with huge bathrooms (we have two of them).High-quality cleaning is carried out daily, white socks always remain white, a set of detergents is replenished, regardless of whether they have run out or not, as well as with water.The bed linen is pressed, crisp, boiling white.VERY clean.Everywhere.All the staff are wearing white shirts, and everything smells nice.And when I'm on vacation in hotels, I always pay attention to the chandeliers-here they are the cleanest, like everything else in the house. We are satisfied with the diet, there are always two types of soup, two or three types of meat, salads, very tasty breakfasts, pancakes are a miracle, high-quality sausages, porridges, eggs, vegetables, fruits.The helpful girls at the reception, the guys in the dining room are doing great too.It's a wonderful place. The location of the hotel is closer to the end of Novaya Gagra, near the balneological hospital.

An urban-type hotel, there is no territory of its own, 2 buildings, convenient location, 15 minutes walk to the sea, there is a transfer to a well-maintained beach, but the schedule is not very convenient, and the driver is sullen😅The rooms in the main building are large, clean, cozy, with high-quality repairs, plumbing and furniture. There are nice girls at the reception, all questions have been resolved. The food is generally normal, but almost often repeated meals every other day, and sometimes every day. The first course is a very tasty hodgepodge, there are enough meat dishes, herring and pollock from fish, and good desserts. The waiters were very nimble, they cleared the dishes and wiped the tables in no time. I recommend this hotel, the prices are reasonable. My daughter really liked it here, expressed a desire to stay next year.

I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff. Check-in takes place promptly. The staff is polite and friendly. The room is clean. All necessary amenities; from slippers to a kettle. Stocks of tea, shampoo, and gel are replenished daily. The food is at the highest level. Having experience in traveling, I can safely say that this is the best hotel restaurant. The dishes are varied, very tasty, and homemade. Special attention is paid to the birthday greetings from the staff, which takes place in the restaurant. These holidays were well organized. Beautiful and soulful! Rest leaves only positive emotions. We will be happy to come back here again and recommend the hotel to our friends and acquaintances.

The city hotel is conveniently located if you want to get to Mount Athos, Sukhum , Pitsunda on your own - all you have to do is leave the hotel and catch a minibus .Nice, spacious and clean rooms, a beautiful dining room with pleasant music, although there is not much choice, you can always find something to eat , very nice reception staff who tries to help . It's not close to the sea in about 25 minutes via the railway , we knew about it , but the hotel provides a transfer to the beach from Chelyuskintsev . When booking this hotel , we counted on it. Now I want to write what really marred my impressions of this hotel - it's the transfer driver who drives to Chelyuskintsev - this person allowed himself to be really rude and make comments like what do you do there , and why do you eat there , the sea is cold , it was very unpleasant when the driver allowed himself such remarks to the hotel guests and says where they go and where they don 't go, and it's all about raising their voices . On the second day, we even asked the reception if there was a transfer service at the hotel and if the guests could use it, and they answered yes, of course - the transfer is on schedule. When we got to the time, the driver was sitting in the lobby and said that the sea was stormy and we had nothing to do on the beach and he wouldn't take us anywhere at all. We told him that we had arrived at the time indicated in the schedule, to which he replied that he was not here for work at all, but had come on his own business and was not going to take us anywhere. He behaved as if we had come to his house and asked him to take us somewhere else . We were shocked by such communication, to put it mildly, we are not conflicted, but to be honest, I saw this behavior for the first time, and we travel a lot. When we tried to make a remark to him, he got up, got into a minibus and drove away, leaving us in the hotel lobby. It was October and there weren't many people, probably he was very annoyed that we had to be taken back and forth once a day, and apparently he decided that for the sake of 2 guests it wasn't worth straining at all. Only the intervention of the reception staff brought him back, but the impression of the hotel was greatly spoiled, although the hotel itself is not very bad, it's a pity, maybe the management does not know, but this behavior of the staff is simply not acceptable, such people do not need to work in the service sector. He's the only reason I don't want to come back to this hotel anymore.

I've read terrible reviews. And it was scary to go to the Sun Palace.We arrived hungry, dinner was already over, but we were well received and even fed. The dinner was delicious. We checked in, and we really liked the room. There was everything in the room, and a tea table, and water, and a refrigerator, and a safe. The room was cleaned every day, water, soap, shampoo and gel were updated every day. We went to Colchis beach a couple of times by hotel bus, but we went to the nearest beach via the railway tracks. The food was excellent, fruits, vegetables, salads every day. The breakfasts were very tasty, the assortment was good. The staff is polite and helpful. I liked everything, I want to come back here more than once. I advise everyone, and don't read the terrible reviews. Everything is fine, everything is fine! September 2025

The standard of hospitality and comfort in Abkhazia! Caring, helpful staff, impeccable cleanliness, full board buffet. We stopped by in the evening, it seemed that the air conditioner was not cooling well, I wrote to the reception, they immediately reacted and fixed everything. The kids got sick, asked for dietary nutrition, got into the cooked position. A very reverent attitude, the value of the guests is felt. I would like to add some details that were not enough in my opinion.. For bathroom accessories, cups. There is a phone in the room, but it is not clear where to call.. A brochure would be on the table, with taxi phones, a guide to Loons, local entertainment.. Well, and information about the services that can be used at the hotel.(it is clear that you can ask everything, but it would be more convenient to read on your desk in your room) Thank you so much for your concern!

My family and I had a vacation in Abkhazia in August 2025. I liked the Sun Palace Hotel: the room is clean, bright, modern. Safe, tea table, hairdryer, air conditioning, wall lamp, refrigerator, TV - everything worked for our comfort. Bathroom cosmetics, snow-white towels, slippers, bed linen change every three days - thanks to the hotel staff! 🏆 But I'm writing this review, honestly, to thank the guys from the cafeteria 😍 Modest, hardworking, neat! A very beautiful and modern hotel on the outskirts of novaya Gagra. It is very convenient for visiting and excursions. Very comfortable and large rooms, with balconies. The rooms have an electric kettle with cups, a wardrobe, a dressing table with a mirror. On the ground floor there is a dining room where a relaxing melody is playing. In the lobby there are leather sofas with coffee tables where you can relax before departure, listen to the guide about excursions. I will recommend the hotel to those who mostly came to go on excursions.

The staff guys are great. Everything is clean, everything in the cafe is delicious, homely, they clean with gloves, the tables are wiped with disinfection. The room is clean. There weren't enough chairs and a small table on the balcony, and benches in the courtyard, but thankfully, everything else was wonderful. I took a minibus to the beach, the schedule is convenient, before lunch and after. The embankment is a 10-minute walk away, for evening walks. Not far from the Ferris wheel. A convenient place for those who prefer not only beach holidays.

The rooms are nice and clean,the staff is friendly,the food is good,there is an equipped beach , it's a bit long , but you can get there. The transfer is provided , I liked the rest, if anyone wants to go on excursions, you can make an appointment at the reception desk, they will come directly to the hotel,there is parking in the general area , we liked the rest.of the cons, but this does not affect the hotel and the staff, prices are certainly high both in stores and on the market .

We stayed at the hotel for the May holidays in 2025, we really liked the hotel, the location is excellent. The rooms are clean and cozy, the rooms were cleaned every day, water was always put on. What can I say about nutrition? My husband and I liked it: it was delicious, simple food, there was a choice, we ate too much. The hotel staff is always friendly, smiling, and answered all questions. The hotel is a solid 4+, the room had a balcony, the furniture in the room was excellent, everything you need is available, disposable slippers, shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, there is also a kettle with tea leaves in the room, water is supplied every day, wet cleaning every day, snow-white towels, buffet in the restaurant, meat, chicken, fish, various soups, vegetables, fruits, pastries, tea, compote, juices, in a word, everything is fine. A great hotel for a trip to the city. The staff is very polite and helpful, helped with parking and gave good advice on the area. The room is clean, cozy, and the bed is very comfortable. This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel, and each time I am convinced of the right choice. There is an amazing consistency of quality here.: It's also spotlessly clean, and the staff is just as attentive, even remembering my preferences. This time I was offered my favorite room again, and there was a small fruit basket waiting on the table from the administration. It's nice to feel appreciated as a regular guest. One of the advantages is that the hotel is clean, the rooms have everything, we lived on the 3rd floor, the maid is smart: she replenishes everything daily - tea sets, water, shower accessories, and high-quality cleaning. Transfer by the sea to the beach of the Chelyuskintsev sanatorium runs by the clock. This is a plus and a minus at the same time, since the sea is too far away - you don't run into it. Nutrition: you can stand it for another 2-3 days, but then the stomach collapses at the mere mention of this food. There is no variety, everything is so bland, primitive and wretched. Salads are terribly primitive: carrots, beets, cabbage, potatoes with pickles, sausage for breakfast is the cheapest, as is cheese, which is not cheese, but a cheese product, buns and biscuits are dry, it often happens that there is not even boiling water, one thermospot costs so many people. It is clear that the owners save on everything. Somehow it doesn't fit in with the Abkhaz hospitality. Well, the hotel has no territory at all, although in the description it is located in a luxurious park. Well, at least a minimal recreation area can be made on the street near the small building, the place allows: comfortable benches, gazebos, covered with vines, palm trees and thuja in tubs. Otherwise, there's just nowhere to go in the evening. Rainy weather is generally boring. Even the bar, which seems to be there, is not working. 3 hours before the transfer, they offered to pay 3.5 thousand rubles for half a day. Are you serious? Anyway, we're definitely not coming back here anymore.

The rooms are clean. Everything looks expensive and rich, the ceilings are under 4 meters. The food is decent. It's a long way to the beach. But there is a shuttle service to a great clean beach with sun beds and umbrellas. On the downside, it's a little cramped in the delivery! It would be good to add a car for the first and last flights..

I often travel alone, and comfort and safety are important to me. I felt great in this hotel. A small but very cozy room with a nice view. The staff is always ready to help, they suggested several great places in the city. I was pleased with the key card system and round-the-clock security. Excellent value for money.

We booked a 2-room Suite in the main building, we didn't wait much, but we really liked the room. A bedroom, a separate living room, a bathroom with a shower, as well as a guest toilet. There is a sofa in the living room, there is a spare blanket in the closet, you can ask the maid to bring an extra sheet if necessary. At our request, they came and refueled everything within 10 minutes. From the living room there is an exit to the balcony. It's very cool to wake up in the morning, go out on the balcony and enjoy the beauty (the sea is not visible, but mountains are all around). There was an untidy ashtray on the balcony at check-in, but we forgave it. Great advice, you do not need to look for a Turkish service in the original Abkhazia) This also applies to food. The food was 3 meals a day, not a very large selection, but everything is delicious. For dinner, for example, there was 1 salad, 1 fruit, 3 side dishes and 3 types of meat, pastries, tea /instant coffee. Breakfast - 1 fruit, sliced vegetables, casserole, dumplings, sausages, omelette, porridge, pastries, tea/coffee. To the beach, or 20 minutes on foot, crossing the railway track behind the hotel (train traffic is infrequent, trains have not been heard), or 40 minutes if you go out onto the road from the hotel and walk along it to the Ferris Wheel. The hotel also has a scheduled shuttle to the beach of the Chelyuskintsev rest house, if you do not want to walk. Beach towels are free, they are in the room. Near the Gagra market hotel, a transport stop to the border with Russia, a shopping center with a large Assorted supermarket. I would advise the hotel to add tea bags/coffee bags and sugar, because there is a kettle and cups, but there is no main one. I would also like slippers in the room. p.s. the hotel has a main building and a mini-building. I cannot judge the level of amenities in the mini-building, but I will have to go to the restaurant across the street.

The hotel is very nice. It's a pity it doesn't really apply to the maintenance staff. I would like to see a slightly more friendly attitude (it is clear that they are trying to smile as if under a stick). There's no other way to say it on the transfer (the distiller in the hat). Neither hello nor goodbye. Exactly by the hour (by the seconds) people are running, and he looks at them and drives away. The kitchen is normal. It's clean. Anyway, I recommend the hotel. We had a rest at the end of June 2024. I liked the hotel, the food, the cleaning, the staff. There was a story about how a taxi driver was mistakenly given two thousand rubles instead of two hundred, and he also didn't look at first. Later, the fuss was raised at the hotel, the staff found us according to the description of the taxi driver to return the money. Pleasantly surprised. Minus only the transfer back home. MAN number 899- refuse to transfer this bus. They are sitting drinking coffee and smoking, and 50 passengers are watching them sitting on the bus. Then they were late for check-in at the airport because of them. I've never seen such a terrible transfer.

We decided to spend the last day of summer in Abkhazia, Gagra. We have booked a room at the San Palace Gagra. The room is a huge suite, two rooms, excellent renovation in bright colors, no slippers, but for one night, it's not critical, two bathrooms, balcony, very clean. By the way, we arrived at ten minutes to three, lunch ends at three o'clock, the receptionist immediately sent us to lunch, they issued after we had eaten. Lunch, dinner, breakfast we liked everything, delicious, without queues, varied, especially breakfast. Those who want to go to the beach can take the bus, we know the city quite well, we walked 15 minutes to the beach of the grand hotel Abkhazia. In the evening, we walked along the embankment, there was live music in every cafe, and even watched a fire show. We met autumn in a wonderful place, beauty, cleanliness, delicious food, friendly staff.

My husband and I vacationed at this hotel in October 2024. We liked the hotel itself, the room is spacious, clean, the bed is very large. There is a free safe. The plumbing is all new. The only thing was, the air conditioner was making a lot of noise and we couldn't turn it off, he was living his life. The food is good, in the morning there are two types of cereals, a couple of salads, side dishes, sausages, cheese, cottage cheese casserole, omelette, fruits, coffee. For lunch there are two types of soup, salads, there was always chicken, fish and meat, dinner is like lunch, only without soup. The dining room is perfectly clean and beautiful. The staff is polite. It is a 15-minute walk to the sea. Or take a free bus to Chelyuskintsev beach , where the beach is quieter and the sun beds are free.We really liked the hotel, I recommend it.

Very good repair, the food is ordinary homemade, but if you come to dinner not by 18.00, but by 19.00 (dinner until 20.00), you will be able to eat only the side dish. And if you return by bus from the beach at 13.45, then you won't have much luck with lunch either. It's not clear at all how the bus runs, or rather, it's clear that there is a schedule, but if you are used to going to the sea early before the heat, then it's on its own or a city beach and you pay for sun beds or a taxi.The first bus to the beach is at 9.30, the second at 10.00, back at 11.45 or 13.45. It turns out that I bought a boat quickly and had to go back. In general, this is not convenient for us. We're going to the seaside, it's a priority, but food is just fuel. In general, I do not recommend it to those who come to the sea, but if excursions are your priority, then it's fine. Of the disadvantages, the air conditioner blows clearly on the bed, and not on the ceiling or to the side, as a result, my throat got sore after three days. It's good that we only came for 5 days. And of course, we bought our own sugar and tea and coffee in the room. There was tea and Sugar on arrival, and bottled water, but then it wasn't updated during cleaning. And I love tea, I didn't buy it expensively, but it's strange for such a not bad hotel in general.

We are having a rest in June 2024. As for the hotel itself, everything is wonderful. Large rooms, clean bed linen, cleaning every day. A huge disadvantage is the power supply. I've read reviews about delicious food. Maybe it was in 23, but definitely not now. We took three meals a day. The food is child-friendly, if I may say so. For breakfast, boiled egg, sweet porridge. There are two types of diet soup for lunch. From meat-hard pieces of chicken on the bone and simply boiled buckwheat without oil, pasta. For tea, there are curabye cookies on soda, which is impossible to eat and rarely one kind of cake. Fruits are last year's apples and oranges. The food is nominal, if they knew, they would not have taken a hotel with meals.

We were there 3 years ago , the rooms , service , breakfast were all at the best level , we decided to repeat and come again and were very sorry , the rooms are shabby, the floor is dirty , mold in the bathroom , I don 't want to say anything about breakfast at all , I haven 't seen such a poor buffet for a long time , tea and coffee , they didn 't see the popular juice that vacationers should be standing behind , the only plus is the staff , kind and friendly .

Super! I liked everything! But I found the disadvantages: porridge in the morning is always a little underdone or not boiled cereals in porridge, to be more precise, I did not like soups, you can make them tastier. Although I am not picky about food at all, but in such establishments where professionals cook, I think you can try better. And there are long queues for food, especially for breakfast. You have to stand for a long time at a meal, that when you reach the meal, something is already running out.. pancakes and pastries were flying fast. The baking could still be taken out, or they could say that there was no more, it was over. This moment is also somehow not very good…I hope the management will read the review and these shortcomings will be corrected. There was a constant shuttle service to the sea. We were taken to a clean , equipped beach, there were always sun beds with umbrellas . There are not many people, most likely due to the start of the season.

I really liked the hotel. Beautiful, clean, modern, wifi. We met, arranged, escorted, brought things. The receptionist is a pleasant, polite woman. The room is clean. White bed linen, TV, kettle, hairdryer, air conditioning. The room is cleaned every day, you can postpone the cleaning to the next one. There is an ironing board and an iron on the floor. There is a lot of space in the dining room, it is clean and bright. The food is delicious, a lot and varied. Vegetables and fruits every day, the pastries are delicious. It is better to arrive at the beginning of time, otherwise the food cools down. We didn't stay hungry. And salads, and second courses, and porridges and soups. It was delicious. But I must say right away: the hotel does not have its own territory from the word at all, it stands right on the roadway on the other side of a private courtyard and a railway. The sea can be seen, certainly not from the second and third floors))) The rooms in the hotel are spacious (standard from 20-25m), clean, high ceilings, renovation is also normal. The staff is friendly and ready to solve your question. Nutrition is a separate topic. Everything that is cooked is quite tasty, but it will get boring in a week!!! For example, it seemed to me there was buckwheat every day, but of course with other side dishes and at different times. That is, there is not much variety, even the desserts are the same. They take a bus from the hotel to the beach. It takes about 15 minutes to drive. But if the bus is full, then in the heat on a bus without a conder, it's still a pleasure))) The rooms are cleaned at least every day. But the mattresses seemed too soft to me.

The hotel is very clean, despite the fact that renovation work is currently underway. The room is excellent, the furniture is new, the bed linen is perfectly white. There is everything for living; refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, linen closet. Wet cleaning of the room was carried out regularly. Towels were changed 2 times during the 6 days of stay. There are only positive reviews about the food at the hotel. The canteen staff is beyond praise! I would especially like to mention the work of the very friendly, friendly head (manager) Marina. This woman greets each visitor three times a day with a friendly smile, a kind word, be sure to wish: "Bon appetit!" and "Have a good day (rest)!". For breakfast there is everything your heart desires: milk porridge, casserole, pancakes, boiled egg, cheeses, sausages, hot sausages, tea (black or green), coffee. Lunch is also for every taste: first courses (not repeated for 6 days), chicken, turkey, beef, fish, cutlets, meatballs, side dishes of all kinds: vegetables, cereals, pasta, 2-3 types of salads, pickled pickles, simply chopped vegetables, desserts and fruits. Dinner is also for every taste. I especially remember only the boiled jam (tangerine, kiwi, dogwood). All dishes are cooked at home. Thank you very much for the rest!

The cleaning is normal, the rooms are clean. But on the third day of our stay, we caught rotavirus. They got to the hospital, they dug for 3 thousand. There are a lot of people in the hospital, everyone is lying with rotovirus on ivs. The hotel has a problem with food for those who are not allowed to eat any dairy food for 3 days after rotovirus. All porridges are made with milk. I had to ask the chef to make porridge on the water separately, but the chef seemed to meet me halfway on the first day, and refused on the second day. I had to swear. I don't like to swear, but we paid for full meals, and in the end we could only drink tea. 80 percent of the hotel was ill and everyone said they couldn't eat. Are you upset that the kitchen does not provide for such moments?! There is no sea near the hotel. But he carries a bus that needs to be stormed. The gazelle has 15 seats, and at least 60 people drive. The equipped beach is a 10-minute drive away. Sun beds, umbrellas - everything is free. The beach area of the Chelyuskintsev hotel. In general, I liked everything except the kitchen, but we probably won't return to this hotel.

Even when you arrive at the beginning of lunch, it is already icy. The menu does not change, but goes from day to day. Lunch dishes are often served for dinner. Someone was constantly being poisoned, including us. One plus in the dining room is the good staff. The waitress girls cleaned the tables very quickly, they were always friendly and attentive. They fall off their feet from fatigue, but they work in good faith. I especially liked Irina and Sabina, and I am very grateful to them. The hotel does not have a territory as such, it is located by the road and all Windows overlook dubious views. Every day, in order to save money, electricity is turned off, so they turn on the generator, which hums like a tractor, it is not possible to fall asleep at night. The sea is a 20-minute walk from the hotel, the road is dirty, broken, with a bunch of garbage cans on the way, cars are constantly coming. The pleasure is below average. There is no private beach, sun beds and umbrellas are only paid! One advantage is nature and the sea. It is above all praise.

There are no 4 stars here. It feels like they're setting their own goals. It's a stretch to say 3. We were put in a room with a double bed, which was constantly moving apart in the middle. Because the double bedroom was made up of 2 single beds and a large sheet was laid. At least the legs were tied together 🤦🏻♀️ The canteen... is a separate topic. There is no breakfast restaurant here. This canteen doesn't serve fruit from the word at all!!!! Coffee is generally a separate song. It's instant!!!! So the hotel managers can't buy a coffee machine for the whole hotel??????? Or did it not occur to them that not everyone drinks their instant water?????

I would like to note the cleanliness in the rooms and dining room, cleaning was carried out daily, bed linen and towels were changed frequently. There is a shuttle service to the beach with free sun beds, but the last flight is at 16:45. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and have air conditioning. But if the windows face the road, then you will get tired of listening to car signals, roaring cars and barking dogs.

Nice hotel, nice staff, especially in the dining room. We arrived purely for one day, the family will disperse. We were in a suite, a decent room, a hall, 2 bathrooms, 3 refrigerators), 2 safes, 2 TVs, Wi-Fi, a balcony, decent furniture. I removed one star only because of the bed linen, unfortunately the linen is unpleasant, synthetic, it would be great to replace. The kitchen in the dining room is quite varied and delicious. I wish this hotel a successful development! But don't forget about underwear, I'm not the first one who mentioned this problem in the reviews).

We checked into the hotel on August 2, and left on August 8. As stated, the hotel is 4 stars, far from it. There's dust everywhere, someone's hair, the conditioner is incredibly dirty, a photo of everything is attached. It looked like they hadn't cleaned the bed in a year, and there was even something lying around...It looked like Lavrushka, but they didn't check it. The refrigerator is not in the bedside table, as it should be. It's all dirty, almost moldy. It hadn't been defrosted for a long time, there was a thick layer of ice, and it even smelled like sausage when it was opened. Calling the maid, we received the answer that the other one was broken, use what you have. It's so disgusting... The light bulbs shine differently everywhere, somewhere cold, somewhere warm, it annoyed me. When we arrived at the hotel, one light bulb above the mirror was not working in the toilet. Staff, shouldn't you check everything before checking people into a room?! I needed this light in front of the mirror because I wear lenses. Why should we waste our time waiting for it to be fixed? The lamp was also not working on the balcony. There's a separate story about the bed. Everything is failing. There is also no water in the room, no slippers and bathrobes, coffee and tea, as stated on the website. The food in the dining room is also not very good, one seasoning is allowed in all dishes. The hotel is clearly not worth its money and stars. Well, it's not the tour operator's fault, nice girl.

I had mixed impressions from my stay at this hotel. Pros: large room, beautiful interior, friendly staff. Cons: there are a lot of them. Firstly, it is far from the sea, it takes 15-20 minutes to walk through the railway tracks and yards. It's still a pleasure in the heat. The transfer to Chelyuskintsev beach is inconvenient - the minibus goes every two hours. He didn't leave at 10 a.m., so the next one is at 12. There are a lot of people. sometimes you have to drive standing up. Secondly, nutrition. When we were driving, I read the reviews, I thought that we were not spoiled, the food would suit. But I do not know why, but it does not taste good. The choice is small, for 3-4 days I feel sick only from the smell of the dining room. We went to a cafe for dinner a couple of times. And when they were poisoned (I don't know if the food was to blame or the notorious rotavirus), they didn't go to eat at all. Instant coffee is terrible. If the hotel positions itself as 4 stars, then put at least one coffee machine. Although it is possible to note the cleanliness in the dining room, the workers clean everything quickly. The rooms were cleaned on a case-by-case basis. Sometimes they just brought in the garbage and that's it. Linen and towels were changed every three days. Soap, shower gel - this is only when checking in. They really gave me toilet paper. There is a balcony. There is no view from it: on the private sector and the pipe. Since there is a railway nearby, the noise from the trains. When the lights were turned off, the generator started working at 4 a.m. It's good that we had electricity, but it rattles terribly. The Wi-Fi at the hotel catches well, there were no problems. Once again, we did not have high expectations, despite the fact that we travel a lot, we understood that Abkhazia is not Turkey and the level of service is low. But this time the vacation was a C grade. We will definitely not return to this hotel.
