Rolls, of course, are not bad (again, every other time ...) but the service, or rather its absence, kills. For the first time, we didn't get sauce, wasabi and ginger for a very large order (about 8000). They were added to the order, the money was taken, but the sauces were not, well, OK, let's say. Now I've been saving up bonuses for a couple of months, asking how many I have every time I order, they haven't ordered here for three weeks, it turns out the bonuses have burned out! They decided to simply write off more than 1000 bonuses, explaining that they were burning, thank you for warning me every time I was interested in bonuses!!!
The rolls are mediocre, for lack of another one, you go here, expecting good service for a small price, but people don't know what it is)
I highly recommend it, the price of quality is absolutely not consistent
And the most interesting thing is that by calling 2-3 hours before closing, you will most likely be refused baked rolls. Apparently the cooks don't really want to work)
