I have used Strelica's services many times, but my last experience was extremely negative. On February 2, 2024, I made an order from Turkey (IKEA) in the amount of 19,230 lira (~$450). The company lost my parcel and refused to admit it for a long time. For about two and a half months, I tried unsuccessfully to get at least some information. As a result, they still admitted the mistake when I provided an invoice from IKEA with the signature of the recipient Giorgi Romanof.
After that, a real epic began with attempts to get their money back. Almost six months of correspondence did not lead to any result — the company only fed promises, and then completely deleted the invoice from the site, claiming that it had been canceled. Moreover, in response to my claim, rude messages with accusations began to arrive.
When I finally decided not to use Strelica's services anymore, I asked for a refund of the remaining funds on deposit — GEL 243. They promised to return this money to me since May 17, but it's already the end of August, and there is still no money. I also did not receive any compensation for the lost parcel.
The company does not value its reputation at all. It seems that their tactic is to collect a little from each client, hoping that no one will sue for $ 500, because it is more expensive for themselves.
My conclusion: Strelica is an unreliable company. Do not trust them with your money and parcels, they can easily deceive you, even if you are a regular customer.
The website states that the average delivery time is 15 days. That's a lie. The Ozone order was taken from the pick-up point on April 13. The SMS about the delivery arrived only on June 1. During this time, there were a couple of "wonderful" moments in correspondence with support. Just so you know, according to the support, the delivery time is taken from the ceiling, and those who are not unhappy with this may not receive their parcel at all. They made it clear that if I continue to try to figure out why the promises on the site differ from reality, then my parcel may get lost. After that, I wanted only one thing: to pick up the parcel and forget the desk like a bad dream. Two stars - because it was delivered. And on that, as they say, thank you....
The office is very conveniently located - next to my house, the service is good, Diana is very nice, she always tells and helps everything, the guys on the issue are also great, the office is always clean and tidy.
I have been cooperating with this company for two years - there are no complaints - I am always in touch, always polite and friendly, they always explain everything how to do what, even when I am stupid, even three times. Good luck and prosperity!
An awfully long delivery. I can't wait 1.5 months for my order. The package is stuck in the status - it's easy on the way! I hope to get it someday! But I won't apply anymore.

They delivered parcels to me quickly for six months, but in February there was a delay, they say it happens, I received the goods intact - I am satisfied with the service, in terms of organization this is the best service in Georgia.

Very long delivery time! It's been a month and a half since the order was placed and paid for, and my order has been in the "sorting" status for a month... they can't sort it for a month! Even customs works faster than "sorting" in the office. The order has not been received yet…

We carry commercial goods with them on a weekly basis - they always clear customs quickly and themselves, we immediately receive cargo with a declaration - it saves us a lot of time - I appreciate such partners.

Then there was a collapse at customs, according to them, and they switched to rudeness to their customers. Despite the fact that they are among the most expensive on the market. It is very, very unfortunate, but the assessment is now well deserved. 😔
Unfortunately, the negative experience of cooperation with the company. The waiting time for the parcel is too long. So far, the package has been on the road for a month, and the outcome is not clear - whether it will arrive at all… I do not recommend it. I hope my parcel will be returned to me
