I would like to express my sincere and deep gratitude to the orthodontist Yunis Abdul! My 15-year-old daughter was treated for a diastema (a small gap between the front two teeth). My daughter was very upset about this, and she smiled reluctantly. All our persuasions that everything was fine didn't work. We were ready for treatment, just to help her gain confidence. However, at the reception, Dr. Yunis conducted a thorough examination and explained that there were no pathologies from a medical point of view: the bite was correct, speech did not suffer, and the lower teeth were perfect. He explained honestly and clearly that in our case, eliminating the diastema could disrupt this harmony and would not be entirely correct. But the most valuable thing the doctor did was to find an approach to my daughter as a sensitive psychologist. He convincingly and warmly told her that this was not a flaw, but a highlight, a feature that makes a smile unique. He urged not to get hung up on it, but even to be proud of it. After talking to him, I saw relief and acceptance in my daughter's eyes. Special thanks for the highest professionalism and honesty! Nowadays, such an act is worth a lot. Many people in the place of a doctor could take on a job that is not absolutely necessary, just to earn money. Dr. Yunis acted according to his conscience and according to the canons of true medical ethics. I would also like to mention the excellent organization of work in the clinic.: The consultation was free of charge, which was a pleasant surprise. The receptionist is a wonderful, polite and correct girl. She called us herself and, due to a change in schedule, offered to record two weeks earlier, for which we thank her very much! To all those who are looking for not only a qualified, but also a sincere, principled doctor who puts the patient's health above commerce, I boldly recommend Dr. Yunis Abdul and the StomSystem clinic! You are a team that can be trusted.

Politeness and professionalism are different categories of assessment. I was just politely refused a favor. They said that it was difficult for me to get prosthetics, that they would not be able to guarantee the quality. I was advised to go to another clinic. If we take into account that the DOCTORS said this, then how can we assess their professionalism, not to mention their professional vow to help patients?

Six months ago, I made an appointment with Abdul's doctor. After reviewing my pictures, he agreed to guide me and recommended that I have four wisdom teeth removed, and then make an appointment with him to take the casts. I followed all the recommendations: I had four teeth removed, contacted the administrator and made an appointment. Five days before the scheduled date, the recording was unexpectedly postponed. On the day of the appointment, when I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist asked if I had taken the pictures with me. When I asked her why I hadn't been warned about this in advance, she didn't say anything. At the reception, the doctor informed me that neither he nor the administrator were responsible for which documents or pictures I should bring for examination, and that I should have “guessed for myself.” He also stated that he prefers positive patients and music during work, and he “doesn't like” my claims. As a result, I was sent to take a new picture, even though I came from another city. Because of this, it was their fault that I was late for an appointment at another clinic (Omniva), for which I had been waiting for a month and a half, and also incurred additional expenses for a taxi and new pictures. After a second examination, it turned out that I did not have enough bone tissue, and the doctor is now not sure if he will be able to take me for treatment. He promised to announce the decision in three weeks. A legitimate question arises: why was I even referred for the removal of healthy and non-interfering wisdom teeth if the doctor was not sure about the condition of the bone tissue and the possibility of treatment? I consider the actions of the doctor and the administrator to be extremely unprofessional. Due to negligence and poor organization, I wasted time, money, and resources. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who values their time and nerves.
