I came here with the problem of a valve cover leak on the Octavia a5 1.6bse.
We examined the car, sentenced the gasket and a lot of things on the rear suspension (which I suspected), at acceptance I said that the intake gaskets had recently been changed, I was told that they were essentially disposable, but if they were normal, they would be left, if not, then + 100p the cost of all new ones.
As a result, it was decided to repair everything at once from them. They called back a couple of hours later, the price tag was 1400r for everything, I clarified about the intake gaskets, the answer was, they say, "the master who disassembled them said that they were normal, soft, you can leave them," this should be confirmed in the form of a telephone conversation that they record.
At about 19 o'clock they called back, you can pick it up, arrived, took it away, before reaching the house 100 meters the car stopped, an asr error came out, read with a friend a launcher-a poor mixture, wrote about it to the master and brought the car a day later in the morning, the master receptionist came out, read the errors, called his colleague and he said "and, this is a bad (only obscene) engine" started watering the intake manifold with some kind of cleaner, and it would be fine if only from above where it is not so hot, but also under it, a smoke generator to check suction for weaklings is shorter)).
We made sure that there were air intake pumps, they said that their mistake and I left the car essentially under warranty, in the middle of the day they said you can take it away, all new intake gaskets were needed, because according to the master, they tried to assemble the old ones several times but nothing worked, even the lower part was removed to put it normally. Well, new and new, you can't do anything, ding- paid.
It would seem that everything, take it and ride, but no, after this elimination of suction, the engine idled and began to work with tugging, which I told the master, but his answer was that there were definitely no suction.
I took the car because I thought it was just because of the low idle speeds (650), and maybe it should be adapted after the trip to a hundred with suction. The blanks were lifted with a comrade "Vasya", the flap was cleaned and adapted, at the same time the nozzle going to it was cleaned, where the valve of the ekg + the throttle gasket was replaced, the tugging remained (pam-pam)
The next thought is that the car is not young, maybe just something else broke and coincidentally, it was decided to change the standard: coil, candles, wires. During the analysis, it turned out that the guys were not steaming with cleaning and there was sand on the rubber bands on the intake manifold (see photo), probably this is the "quality and attitude" that they write about in the comments))
Next, we remove the upper part of the intake, and there is not one rubber band for fixing the collector, of course it's cool, especially when you can't buy it separately (well, or I Googled badly).
By the way, when they did the rear suspension (and it seems to have been done normally because there were no questions on the collapse), it is logical that the wheels were removed, but the landing planes of the disc and hub were not even wiped with anything, but probably it costs some money already)
In general, the impressions are extremely dubious, of the advantages - the speed of work, everything else - I don't even know how to evaluate.
P.S. The shaking on idle has still not been defeated after a trip to them (

Решили пригнать авто с Америки, взяли Volvo xc90 2017 года. Смотрели долго СТО, где занимаются и кузовным ремонтом и подвеской, выбор пал на СТО "Правда", повелись на отзвы.
Далее ситуация.
Распишу по частям
ПОДВЕСКА:
Привезли машину сразу с таможни на эвакуаторе, оставили возле бокса и поехали домой. Мастер у нас был Евгений, бодрым уверенным голосом говорил, что все сделают быстро и качественно.
В итоге машина делалась больше месяца. Евгений кормил "завтраками". вот вот. вот уже почти, машина на подъемнике. Однако как не приезжали, стояла наша машинка бедная в том же месте и будто никто и не притрагивался. Попросили чтобы проверили все, сделали тест драйв, т.к. собирались ехать с Минска в Гомель. Евгений звонит - готово! Все посмотрел, все отлично!
После того как забрали машину ощутили, что машину тресет на скорости около 50+ км/ч. Непонятные звуки, руль хрустит.
На следующий день поехали на другое СТО - оказалось, что трясет из-за того, что полуось кривая! На переднем колеса не хватает запчасти, которая прижимает тормозной диск, вместо этого просто смазано и посажено на какую-то смесь непонятную. Заказали новую полуось, работы с заказом по полуоси + диагностика тормозов по времени заняло около 4х дней(доставка была 3 дня) на другом СТО.
Звоню ребятам говорю полуось кривая! Сказали ок, вы главное не вскрывайте, примем обратно. Ну ладно.
Поехали в Гомель на пару дней. Вернулись в Минск, приезжаем на СТО, а нам говорят, у вас оказывается 14 дней было и сейчас не примем ничего. Я говорю чего не могли сказать это? Если бы сказали, что 14 дней я бы через доставку просто отвез, нету логики у меня просто так дома ее оставлять. Короче доказывали, что я дурачок и просто сам не привез полуось. Далее так же на СТО оказалось, что Евгений не делал никакую диагностику тормозов, это мы придумали сами! Так же ребята немножко не заметили, что рейку, ступицу, пыльник шруса и передний левый рычаг нужно менять, и что опасно ездить на машине в текущем состоянии. Это мы узнали у официального дилера после диагностики. Что проверяли ребята спросите? не знаю
КУЗОВНОЙ РЕМОНТ:
Тут вобще прикол, мы пытались связаться с кузовщиком около месяца, чтобы узнать ориентировочную стоимость работ + материалов. В итоге человек после 3го июля просто не вышел на работу. Все - пропал. Ладно, связались уже с директором, вроде сдвинулось с мертвой точки. Но когда приехали на место, оказалось, что машина еще не собрана, ее начинали собирать новые кузовщики, а пытались закончить слесаря. в итоге все вкривь и вкось. Покрашена не в цвет. Ну тут как-то договорились не платить за покраску, чисто за сборку (хотя тут я бы тоже поспорил) однако хотелось уже просто забрать оттуда машину.
РАСХОДНИКИ:
расходники поменяли вроде норм, сам привез все детали, хоть тут обошлось.
ГРМ поменяли, вроде норм сказали. Был другой админ, не Евгений.
ЗАПЧАСТИ - ЗАКАЗ:
Евгений уверенно говорил про все запчасти, все закажем, все дешевле все в хорошем состоянии (мы сами понимаем, что не новые, но хотя бы в хорошем состоянии).В итоге полуось - кривая оказалось, фару сказал заказывать нужно (хотел снова видно срубить денег), однако ее починили другие ребята на другом СТО (всем совет не верьте сразу вашим мастерам, что нужно менять, позвоните другим). Рычаг правый мы сказали будем брать новый, по совету Евгения, а по факту оказался б/у за стоимость нового, класс. Мы это узнали на другом СТО когда нам подняли и показали.
Расходники Евгений сказали закажет в кратчайшие сроки, и тут тоже момент
все расходники были в Минске, а вот фильтр на АКПП ждать неделю или больше. заказываем?!
И тут меня уже закрались мысли о компетенции мастера Евгения, я позвонил официалам и спросил есть ли у них это самый фильтр, оказалось, что на эту машину нету фильтра, т.е. вобще изначально, не нужен он.
Сам заказал расходники в итоге. Знал бы ситуацию, все бы заказывал сам, благо нашли человека, который занимается чисто вольво и через него все норм брали.
ИТОГ: ребята, не ведитесь на отзывы, если что-то более менее серьезное, подумайте дважды чтобы не обжечься как я. Думал что 2 в 1 сделаю сразу, в итоге получил вопросы и по подвеске и по кузову, все недоделано, а некоторое вобще не трогали. Как не заметили важные проблемы - не знаю.
Отдали машину недоделав, ездить опасно для жизни, кормят завтраками и растягивают ремонт в разы.
За некачественную работы и материалы отказываются возвращать деньги.
Обычно не пишу отзывы, даже если где-то обидели, но тут - уже черезчур!
Написали в книгу жалоб и предложений. Написали заявление в милицию. В ближайшее время идем в защиту прав и потребителей и в суд. Людям видно плевать.
Надеюсь, что люди которые читают отзывы, обратят внимание и подумают дважды порежде чем отдавать свою ласточку на СТО "ПРАВДА".
Приезжал на сто правда на полный облив машины Мерседес 221,что понравилось, что сделали всё в срок и качественно как обещали,в отличии от других сто что только кормят завтраками , отдельное спасибо директору сто Кириллу за то, что ребята ездили тратили свое время,покупали запчасти и за индивидуальный подход. Однозначно рекомендую! Ребятам успехов . Обязательно ещё буду приезжать)
