An excellent store, a good assortment, not the largest in the city, but quite spacious. Discounts and promotions on a regular basis, loyalty cards, high-quality goods. I shop there all the time, I really like it.
A huge store with a wide range of goods for sports and outdoor activities, these are clothes, shoes and sports equipment, before you go, you can familiarize yourself with the assortment on the website and make an online request, and upon arrival the goods will be expected at the checkout
The store itself is not bad, spacious and there is a large selection. BUT the staff and maintenance here is a nightmare. I will describe the situation in order. We ordered a pair of shoes in size 43 through the website (by the way, it was not the first time we ordered them for pickup at the sportmaster). Unfortunately, the availability was only in this store, I had to get from the other side of the city. Arriving at the store, we went to the cash registers. Only one of them was working, there was a huge queue of people. One employee was standing at a closed cash register and sorting socks, the other was sorting papers at another cash register. We turned to the one who was sorting out the paperwork to take a pickup order for fitting, we were told to get in line. And there were sooo many people standing there and those that were already serviced were very stuck. That is, you first need to stand for at least half an hour to try it on, then the same amount to pay ... to which they barked at me (literally) that the queue is shared and you need to stand with everyone. I asked to open the cash register, and they barked at me again to get in line. ok. We stood there.... We tried it on. It turned out that size 44 was postponed to us! We went back to the cashier, the nicer cashier apologized and told us to just take the right size in the hall. Everything is fine, we tried it on, went to pay. We stood in line again, fortunately we opened a second cash register. "Lucky" - we got to the very lady who barked at us. The dialogue began with the claim: "I did not understand, are these not the ones that are on the pickup request?". The more polite employee stood next to us and said that they had put aside the wrong size and we just took the right one from the hall. Do you know what the answer was?! There was a hit on us and on the Sportmaster website. It turns out that we chose the wrong size! I showed the order that there are 43. She said that she had set aside for us the size that is in the table. Seriously?? I explained to her that if I order a size UK 9 / EUR 43, that's exactly what I want to get! Not according to the table, not according to the ruler, not according to the size range of Zimbabwe! But it doesn't matter, as we were told, WE don't know how to choose and this is a "crooked site system". She postponed everything correctly!
Dear store administration, I ask you to teach employees how to communicate with customers! And, by the way, use badges. Because at first this "person" had a badge with the name "Maria" when she was sorting through the papers. Then, when she got behind the cash register, she became "Gertrude".
