There are no complaints about the location, assortment, and opening hours at all, an excellent store. BUT. The ticket offices, even the queues in them are clear and reasonable: few employees, many visitors. Why do self-service cash desks function if the cashier is forced to raise his fifth point and scan his badge? it takes literally a minute. The situation: 8 a.m., a weekday, a lot of people go into the store before work and naturally queue. One cashier - one queue. I approach the self-service cash desks: on one there is a check from the previous customer and without a cashier a new check cannot be opened, and the second has a girl who also has some problems. I click on the "help" panel, the cash register is screaming for the whole store, crying for help, the girl too. The ignore is complete. The girl says to the cashier: "Call someone" in a completely normal tone. In response, "wait, I'm alone!" without specifying a specific time when she will still punch her badge. And the second large queue has already accumulated behind us, but already at the self-service ticket offices. As a result, half of the queue just left without waiting for help. I understand everything, it's morning, a lot of people, alone, but the people at the self-service checkout are the same customers! It would take 1 MINUTE to punch your badge and sit down. But she just kept punching her turn. Either turn off the self-service cash desks if you are not able to serve them, or be kind without cash register "racism"

A good store. They try to serve quickly, the choice of goods for a small store is quite wide. I like that fruits/vegetables are almost always fresh and delicious, unlike other shops in the area. There are 2 self-service ticket offices, if something does not work out, they will tell you-they will tell you, without condemnation and ora. The cooking is not bad, but I rarely take it, I can't judge everything.

Магазин с хорошим выбором , есть собственная выпечка , я брал лодочка с зеленью, довольно неплохо. Правда есть минус , это утром-днем много студентов и поэтому большие очереди

После ремонта хозяйственный отдел сократился до 2 полочек. Не всегда есть необходимые овощи и фрукты. Всегда мало работающих касс (хорошо что есть касса самообслуживания).

I bought a pizza by weight which. I don't understand how such a thing could be cooked at all. A piece of dough with a pillow of boiled onions covered with the thinnest layer of cheese and a couple of slices of ham. Sorry I threw it out and didn't take a picture.

Единственный на районе толковый магазин, но со скудным ассортиментом, грубо говоря чуть больше, чем ‘суповой набор’.
Жаль, ведь соседи одна из качественных сетей в Минске.
Ещё регулярно большие очереди на кассах, не самые расторопные кассиры

Ваш магазин мне нравится из- за удобного для меня расположения. Всегда радуют ваши скидки. Фрукты покупаю только здесь. Еще мне нравится тесто, часто балую свою семью хорошей выпечкой. А после ремонта магазин стал просторнее, уже пробовала у вас пиццу. Продавцы всегда приветливы, заинтересованно общаются с покупателями. Спасибо, у вас хороший коллектив. Удачи вам.
