Помогал друзьям с передачей коляски на север России, те у кого приобретали коляску дали совершенно негодную упаковку для ее транспортировки. Но на смене была Ирина которая была просто спасением для меня в этот вечер. Помогла все оформить и упаковать, да большая очередь конечно неодобрительно посматривала на меня, но все было сделано как по мне оперативно и качественно. Наслышан о вредности сотрудников в почтовых отделах, но это точно не про Ирину, приятно разочароваться в слухах.

Только что оттуда. Не перестает радовать главпочтамт Сочи. Сегодня меня обслуживала оператор Ирина Чехова. Профессионально, оперативно, Клиентоориентированно. Но это очень сухие слова, чтобы описать то участие, внимательность, и профессиональную заботу которую Ирина проявила ко мне. Спасибо огромное. Если Почта в Сочи- то только на Воровского 1/2

Странно, что именно в центральном отделении Почты России закрыли один зал, а во втором работает крайне мало окон. Из-за этого собираются огромные очереди , дважды уходили,отстояв 40 мин, очередь дыижется крайне медленно. Раньше все было в порядке. Понимаю, что проблемы с кадрами, но это напоминает как в СССР, типа" Я одна, а вас много" и , конечно, отражается на потребителях. Звезда за расположение и за прошлые заслуги, раньше специально туда ездили из-за быстрого обслуживания.
