The physical condition of the leased equipment leaves much to be desired. Snowboard boots often have torn laces and some of the grommets may be missing. Loose snow is not rolled away at the beginning of the day. Lease agreements are written using carbon paper, which takes time and creates queues. It's a scary ski lift that not every beginner will ride uphill. The database has been in need of updating for a long time.

The lift is too heavy for beginners, you fall all the time. The money for the ascents is not refunded, although no one from our group has climbed it. The toxic grandfather on the elevator screams and swears. He says a group with an instructor will come and climb here all the time, as if we don't pay money here. We wasted an hour of rent. It's a total horror, not a place.
