This is a beautiful restaurant, the atmosphere is very classy once you on the 62nd floor however you can get away with jeans. The quality of the food is spectacular. I had a lovely waitress Maria who is the splitting image of Joey King(in my opinion) she speaks beautiful English and has a kind smile to help. Bathrooms are very clean. The windows open up at a specific time with music it's really cool. The reason they lost a star would be the downstairs receptionist that was very cold towards me because I can't speak Russian with my elderly grandmother she was not accommodating or caring. She opened the elevator for us and while my elderly grandmother was using her walker to get to the elevator she let people pass us instead of making them wait. Therefore my Elderly grandmother after an operation had to wait for the next elevator. I absolutely recommend this restaurant however your receptionist downstairs needs an attitude adjustment as she creates an angry mood without me even being in the restaurant.

The restaurant is beautiful. I have tried the food there before. It is good, and this time I tried the coffee and the dessert is special. And the most beautiful thing is the view of Moscow from the top. I recommend trying it 👍🏻
