I've been staying at this hotel since the first opening day of the 2026 season. I was a little shocked when they brought me to him, because it was not clear from the street that this was a hotel). There was no toilet paper in the room at check-in. All the doors in the rooms are equipped with magnetic closers, but they close smoothly at the beginning, and then slam sharply if they are not held down. This created a lot of inconvenience, as the rooms are close to each other. The room has 2 single beds. 2 pillows and 4 towels, 2 large and 2 small. Linen and towels are grey, In 4* hotels there should be more pillows and towels according to the norms!!!. There is not a single hook where these towels can be hung. There is no kettle or glasses in the room. There is a refrigerator, a safe, a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body cream. There are no dental supplies. There are 2 armchairs on rusty legs and a plastic table on the balcony. Food for 4* is very scarce. You won't stay hungry, and thank you for that. The only meat was chicken and fish. Fruits - grapefruits, oranges and apples. There were enough vegetables. For lunch and dinner, pastries, wet sponge cake, baklava. Cleaning was rare and not of high quality. But the guide warned us right away, if you want it to be cleaned well, leave a tip. But even with the tip, it wasn't very clean(. The room has an air conditioner that could be turned on for heating when it was cool. However, the traffic jams were knocked out, apparently everything was turned on. All the disadvantages are covered by the sea within walking distance, the mountains and the air saturated with the smell of flowers. The hotel does not pull 4 stars. That's a three. The hotel is located in the center, near bolshoy Migros, Shok, across the street Bim. There is a bazaar on Thursdays, right next to the hotel. I no longer plan to stay at this hotel. I chose it based on reviews.
