We had a rest in September 2025. We booked a 3-bed room. The hotel management is focused on getting money. The first thing they said upon arrival was, if you want a good room, pay extra. We refused and we got a "wonderful" room on the last tier (the hotel is located in tiers) with a view of the wall. But we came to the seaside, not to stay in the room, so we didn't bother. The room has been in need of renovation for a long time. To begin with, we were looking for a third set of towels and hygiene supplies. Then the towels were simply taken from the cleaning room, where towels and bed linen are stored. As for cleaning, you can safely put "1", as the mirror was stained at check-in, and it remains. Once they asked the boy to do the cleaning - he took out the trash and folded the figure of a bird out of towels. I don't know that the floor needs to be cleaned. The restaurant is large, there is a closed room, there are two verandas - one small with a view of the pool, the other large with a view of the sea (magnificent views of the sea and mountains). The assortment is quite large, there is a choice, we did not go hungry. Lots of fruits and desserts. But they have a problem with dishes - they don't always have enough, sometimes drinks are poured into cheap plastic cups instead of glass glasses in the bar and you don't know if you'll bring the glass to the table or spill it. The dishes are disinfected so that the smell of bleach remains on the hands for a long time and interrupts the taste of tea or coffee. If you arrive at the closing of the restaurant, the waiter can come up and tell them to finish eating, they are closing. The beach bar is under a canopy, there are tables, but there is not always a free place, and they are not allowed on a chaise longue with a dish. The assortment includes pizza, burgers, French fries - served in normal plates. Beer is bottled in the same cheap plastic. Separately, it is worth writing about the hotel manager Ildar (I can make mistakes in spelling the name), we flew from Anex tour. The manager immediately made it clear that if you buy excursions, he will be kind and solve any issue, if you did not buy a tour, the smile immediately disappeared from your face and the conversation went through your teeth. And if you don't spend the money, then you are... The main thing for us was the sea. The beach is small, with small pebbles and plenty of sun loungers. There is a gentle entrance to the sea, there are steps for descent. The hotel has its own bay, so you can swim even at night, turn on the lights. There are no big waves. Next to the pier of the neighboring hotel, you can swim past it to the neighboring beach, which we did. There is a toilet on the beach, but it can be dirty. Since the hotel's territory is large and arranged in tiers, a small bus runs to the beach according to the schedule. So if you don't like walking, you can drive to your room. We like to walk, so I walked to and from the beach, more than a hundred steps in one direction. There is a towel rental, but his work schedule is strange. I won't write about the animation, we didn't go to it, we listened to the animation going on at the nearby hotel on the beach. There are playgrounds for children, hanging climbing walls. There is a living area and a lot of cats, which are all fed. I'm not a fussy person, but a three-star hotel doesn't pull, and even then it's a stretch. This is the first time we have encountered such an attitude from the hotel staff.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for the second time. We like that there are a lot of plants and flowers on the territory. Everything is bright, beautiful, pleasing to the eye. The staff is polite, the food is delicious, the sea is clean. It's cozy and pleasant to be here and gain strength.
