A small museum, a library occupies most of the interior space, and there are many books in different languages, including Russian. There is also a collection of ship layouts. There is also a cafe on site (with not quite adequate price tags and a ban on photography). The only reason you can visit, for the sake of viewing platforms, is the beautiful views of the sea and the old part of Budva.
