One of the tallest buildings in Turkey. There is an observation deck on the top floor, offering 360-degree views of the whole of Istanbul, and there is also a cafe. The most convenient way to get by metro is to Levent 4 station.

Level 8 Local Expert

We were on the observation deck. Excellent views in almost all directions of the city. The city stretches to the horizon, perhaps it is already an agglomeration. We also attended a 4d helicopter flight simulator. The resolution on the screen seemed bad in some places, but I liked it anyway.
