It's fine for 1 night, but I rented a single room for 7 days - it's terrible! They never cleaned, did not change towels and bed linen, did not add soap and toilet paper. The room itself is small and dirty. It's a very cramped shower stall, and I've never taken a shower properly during this time. The windows are dirty, the mosquito net is dirty, the walls near the bed are smeared with snot, and this is not a joke. Breakfast is meager and always the same. The lobby is normal, the receptionists seem to be too. Convenient location - right next to the square (Meydan) and minibus parking. But it's very noisy around the clock, as there is an autobahn, an interchange, and the city center nearby.

The price is too high, the quality of services is underestimated. The hotel is very tired. The only advantage is the location. There was no breakfast at all, not even the simplest cheap one, there were no sausages or eggs. It's a little noisy from the window. The staff is not very welcoming. We arrived late in the evening, very hungry, and asked to use the kitchen to warm up the food we had bought and drink tea, but we were refused.

I really liked the hotel. Firstly, it is in the very center and easy to find. Although it is lively there, but when you come for a couple of days to get to know the city for the first time, this is only a plus! The furniture in the room is a little tired and the cleaning could have been better, but for your money everything was on the level. Breakfasts are included in the price and this is rather just a cool bonus - they are of the same type, but hearty and delicious. The administrator is super, I have repeatedly gone down to him with a million questions about the city, transport, money, etc. and received polite detailed answers in normal English for everything. For a short stay in the city, I definitely recommend this hotel! Trabzon fell in love at first sight, I will come again!
