Some items have slightly increased, but it’s barely noticeable on the final bill. 3. Service is unchanged: decent and consistent. This is a typical Georgian café with a full menu of local bestseller dishes. 4. My order: - Georgian salad (cucumber, tomato, onion, olive oil) - Megrelian khachapuri - Chicken shashlik - Herzog beer 5. Salad: same as always. Portion easily feeds two. At 6.50 GEL, its flaws are forgivable. 6. Khachapuri 14 GEL: usually reliable, but today the cheese was overly salty. Couldn’t finish it, took the rest to go. 7. Chicken shashlik 14 GEL: waited nearly an hour. Staff said the grill was overloaded, but I suspect they forgot to send the order. 8. When it finally arrived, the texture was great - juicy and not charred like usual - but again, way too salty. 9. One star off, no hesitation. 10. My friends and I visited this place yesterday evening. The atmosphere is really nice, featuring wooden tables and chairs along with traditional paintings. There was loud music for about 20 minutes because a group of locals was celebrating something, but then it was turned off. The staff is friendly and efficient. Our waitress spoke Russian, so there were no issues with placing our order. She also answered all our questions, which was really helpful. We were served quickly compared to many other places in Georgia; all dishes arrived as soon as they were prepared. The quality of the food was nice. I tasted chanakhi (lamb stew with vegetables in a pot), meat salad (well-cooked pieces of beef with tomatoes, bell pepper, mayo, and spices), Georgian salad (onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and a sauce with walnuts), and compote. The chanakhi was fantastic and looked very authentic in the clay pot. The rest of the meal was quite good too. The prices were reasonable. My friends mentioned that the khinkali were a bit specific but still enjoyable, while the kebab meat was somewhat tough. The restaurant didn’t have any desserts that evening, but that was fine. Tips aren’t included in the bill, so it’s up to you to leave something for the waitstaff.

It's a good place to stop for dinner, but don't overestimate expectations. You can't call this place a restaurant, but you can call it a good cafe. Yes, it's noisy, but tolerable if you get knocked up to eat and go about your business. It was almost 21:00 and there were at most 2-3 tables available. I wouldn't go with a child because of the atmosphere. The prices are democratic, the service is turned off in the receipt, everything tasted good, namely: two glasses of wine, 8 khinkali, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplants = 34 GEL were given for everything, and 4 more were collected (the receipt is completely in Georgian, I would consider what I ordered), but we ate the ppts heartily. The wine was on the table in 3 minutes, the salad and eggplant in 5 minutes, and the khinkali in another 10 minutes. The fast service is very accommodating! One of the disadvantages is probably the main problem of the city: the vacationer here is looked at as a visitor, but as an uninvited guest. The service has a touch of arrogance, but you can ignore it.

I am not a connoisseur or a fan of Georgian cuisine. We ordered khinkali with meat , herbs and khinkali with mushrooms . Veal with potatoes on ketsi, kharcho, Imeretian khachapuri, ajapsandali. Everything was very delicious! The children were given French fries and mashed potatoes + 1 liter of compote. The portions are large, and we wrapped them up with us. You can take pieces where it is impossible to slip an ingredient cheaper - trout is very tasty, my husband says that it is the most delicious in Batumi. Grilled ribs are normal. But it's better not to take everything in pots, ketsi, etc. - the meat will be 2/3 fat, the vegetables will be ground into an unappetizing porridge and other troubles. About the service: The service is included in the bill. He's not super: the restaurant is loaded and the waitresses stupidly don't have time, but they try their best. This is one of the rare cafes where dirty dishes are replaced during the course change. I've already started to get used to this in Batumi, but here's a pleasant surprise.

We visited this restaurant on July 3, 2026. This is the first restaurant in Georgia (we have been traveling in Georgia for almost 2 weeks), where almost everything was tasteless. Very weak khinkali, little meat and it's kind of tasteless, Adjarian khachapuri is the worst we've tried, the dough is like bread, the filling is tasteless. Well, the cherry on the cake is kharcho. In the understanding of the chef of this restaurant, apparently, kharcho is a mixture of tomato paste and water + beef bones with fat were stewing there. We couldn't even eat half of it, because the grub tasted disgusting. After visiting this restaurant, the kharcho echoed in my stomach for a long time, and the heartburn caused by tomato paste did not give me rest for many hours. On the positive side, there is a pleasant interior, a clean toilet and fast waiters. The food is the worst in Georgia.

Wow! The best place where my wife and I ate during our two visits to Georgia. Ajapsandali is gorgeous. It's bubbling right out of the oven. It's so delicious and was served 3 minutes after ordering. You can lick your fingers with khachapuri in Adjarian style. And this is not figuratively speaking! Khinkali top. I've never eaten anything like this before. Juicy, delicious. And the compote is wonderful. The prices are so affordable that you overeat and spend just nothing. There are a lot, a lot of seats, but since people know about this amazing place, sometimes there are no tables available. We were lucky and got in right away. If anything, then it's not a sin to wait 5 minutes. People leave/enter. We will specially go there again today to try satsivi and other dishes. The choice of dishes there is huge! And it's nice that our food was served consistently. We ate one. Then they carry something else. Comfortable. It's always hot and it doesn't get cold just on the table. And the atmosphere is great!!

We thought, like any reasonable person, that these were potatoes for the ventricles, but then they took it away from us and served it to other people. I'm lucky that at least they didn't include it in the bill. Then, more than an hour after ordering, when we just wanted to leave the money and go home, they brought us the long-awaited pork kebab, consisting mainly of bones and fat. There is no question of classic Georgian service, our waiters are very underestimated.

The Chakhokhbili arrived an hour later, boiled chicken in a sauce without taste or aroma, but also with hair. The climax was with a score, and the same situation was observed earlier at the next table.... They didn't bring our bill, the amount, of course, exceeded our bill!!! After the comment, they brought our bill without any apologies or regrets. As I wrote above, this is not the first time in Georgia, we know the taste, we ate and enjoyed it for a week, despite the fact that the bill was twice as low, and here-the shame of Georgian cuisine!!!

We found this place through the Yandex forums and the three of us went to have lunch. The service was fast, there were not many visitors.
