A great place to really relax and reboot. A real Russian sauna with a pleasant atmosphere and attentive attitude to the guests. Everything is clean, cozy and made with a soul. After the visit, there is a feeling of lightness and good rest. We will definitely come back and we will be happy to recommend it to our friends.

We have been going to this sauna for the last 2 years, we have been there several times. There are no complaints about the steam room itself - if you know how to heat a sauna, then you can do everything perfectly and have fun. But there are big questions about the service and management. 1. Previously, there was always 1 attendant on duty in the bathhouse, who helped if necessary, the rest of the time did not interfere in any way, he was in the room on the 2nd floor. Yesterday, when visiting the bathhouse, strangers constantly went and went to the 2nd floor, including in outerwear and with children (a little girl was walking through the bathhouse, while there were 8 undressed men in the bathhouse). There are a lot of foreign objects in the bathroom. It was as if she was being used as a living space. This is absolutely unacceptable, there should be a maximum of 1 attendant on duty in the bathhouse, whose contact the guests have. 2. We had a reservation before 20:00, but we were asked to finish at 19:30, because we arrived earlier. We actually arrived a little earlier, one car at 40 minutes, the other at 50. It used to be absolutely normal - time to park and change clothes. They didn't argue, but they drew conclusions. 3. Initially, our reservation was 2 weeks earlier. Which was cancelled by the organizer a couple of days before the visit without explanation. They gave a discount for the 3rd hour when rescheduling the reservation. We rescheduled it, but it also says a lot about the service. 8 people were forced to reschedule their weekends. Until the approach to managing this bathhouse changes, we will look for other places.
