A great place to relax. I was with my wife at a spa ritual, I really liked it. The receptionist is polite and pleasant. I liked the masters and the quality of the massage. I noticed that gel, shampoo, creams of all kinds were of the brand Zelenski & Rozen.
We were served milk oolong after the massage, on a tray with all sorts of sweets) A convenient location, immediately after the ritual you can go out and take a walk, sit in a cafe.

The place is incredible, the atmosphere, aromas, sounds, administrators and most importantly the masters are all at the highest level. I go at least 2 times a month. The quality of sleep has improved incredibly, on the day of the ritual I generally sleep like a baby, the skin has become more nourished and elastic. The body became mobile, very pleasant sensations in it. All the masters that I've come across are just awesome, otherwise I won't say, their hands are golden. After the rituals, I go out refreshed, rested, as if I had recharged the battery. A huge plus is that in every room that I came across there is a shower cabin, and what is very nice, Zelinsky cosmetics are everywhere, I think the girls will understand me))) I definitely recommend trying it, you will be satisfied

The Jacuzzi smelled like damp or something. But the biggest disappointment is the ritual itself.
First of all, Thai people do not speak Russian, they also understand English with difficulty. The muscle development itself is pretty mediocre, as the clamp was, it remained. In fact, they just crumple, and do not work out the muscles correctly. The master also put a lot of pressure on the lymph nodes, near the intimate area. Complete lack of knowledge of anatomy. The head massage-in general, a complete trash- caused very unpleasant sensations, the master pulled her hair very casually. and their stretching at the end is generally a direct way to get ahead of something. Before starting, the administrator wrote down the wishes for which areas to pay special attention to. As it turned out, it was wasted. Another unpleasant moment was that during the ritual, the masters giggled and talked in their own language. which is unacceptable in principle. especially for that kind of money. Definitely, I do not recommend this institution. The price does not match the quality even by half.

A great place to forget about all the problems in a completely legitimate way. From personal experience, where there are ceremonies lasting 1, 1.5 or 2 hours, I advise you to take 1.5 or 2 in order to fully immerse yourself in the atmosphere and leave there really relaxed. For most ceremonies, a choice of aroma oil is available, before the massage, the administrator clarifies in detail about the desired pressing force, accent zones, etc. After the ceremony, tea is served, a very cool start of the ritual!

Maybe my review will sound implausible... My husband presented me with a certificate for a classic Thai massage. I thought it would be trivial: an oriental entourage with incense and polite massage masters with a standard demonstration program. But, omitting the kind communication with the administrator and voicing personal preferences, I can say that Master Ning, if memory serves, appreciated the problematic "points" and in one session made it so that she felt lightness and freedom in movement. I have scapular bursitis for a long time, which is aggravated due to the specifics of the work, and the person in a single session removed the stiffness, protruding shoulder blade (although the institution does not position itself as a therapeutic one). I will definitely return to this salon if possible. I am grateful to everyone. A Ning - magic hands. ♥️

I came by appointment at 10:15. I've been waiting for half an hour! This is unacceptable. There were used rubber bands near the washbasin in the room. According to the description, my complex lasts 1h40 minutes. It was over in 1 hour and 20 minutes. Probably, the tea party still comes in 20 minutes, but no one talked about it. So if you have 1 hour, it will be 40 minutes and 20 minutes for tea. The master did not warn that you need to remove the mascara before the procedure. I smeared everything on my face and didn't even bother to wash it off. The oil got into my eyes (then I felt discomfort for two days).
Does not justify the money spent.
I do not recommend it.

Attention - trusting your body, most importantly your SPINE, to the specialists of this institution, NEITHER the MANAGEMENT NOR the STAFF are responsible for the outcome of the program and the harm caused to your health, as happened in my example.
We were with my husband on the program "Romance of Koh Lanta" 04.03 (a gift from my husband for the New Year), which includes steaming in a barrel or Jacuzzi. Previously, my mother and my husband's sister were on the same programs, my mother's barrel stank of mold or sweat, the doors in the barrel did not close, my sister chose a Jacuzzi, garbage and flakes of dirt floated from the bubble holes. Therefore, we refused the barrel and the Jacuzzi and were offered an additional 15 minutes of massage, it was all agreed in advance by phone.
When we arrived on the appointed day, at the reception we were asked the degree of massage in strength, we both chose strong.
It was VERY cool in the massage room, the Thai was covered with 3 possible towels, the feet were still open. Asking for a stronger massage, since there were just oil strokes on the body, we were shown pieces of paper where MEDIUM was circled and 1 H was written (that is, 1 hour, not 1 hour 15 minutes). My husband and I both tried to explain to the Thai people that they asked for a strong -STRONG massage at the reception. As a result, stroking was replaced by sharp elbow pressure on unprepared and unheated muscles. The Thai woman who gave her husband a massage constantly sucked in snot throughout the session. Having drawn the attention of the administration at the moment, we were assured that she was not ill, that is, it should not have interfered with relaxation in any way, in their opinion😂
Once again, I want to draw your attention to the fact that neither the muscles of the neck-collar zone nor the muscles of the back were warmed up, but were smeared with oil. But after that, the ritual ends with Thai twists and stretches. After twisting to the left and immediately pulling back, I felt a sharp sharp pain in my neck and back that I could not breathe and straighten up. In fear of the condition and pain, I burst into tears in a half-bent state on the couch, my husband called the administrator, to which the administrator asked the Thai woman to do a little more massage, now with Thai ointment. Better? Better? But it didn't get any better. As a result, for the third day I can neither turn my head to the right and left, nor bend, nor even look in the rearview mirrors behind the wheel. The muscles were not prepared and warmed up for these manipulations with twisting and stretching! The attention from the staff and assistance in the future was zero, the girls stood at the reception and pretended that we were not there.
Turning to a doctor for help, starting recovery that evening, as the pain was unbearable, I was very worried that everything would be all right with my spine. On the second day, we drove up to the salon with a request to refund the money for this service, which caused harm. Only on the third day, after writing a statement and after several phone calls, it was possible to contact the management to resolve this issue. To which the DIRECTOR replied, ATTENTION! THAT THEY DON'T DO MASSAGE! It's A RITUAL! They don't have a massage service! None of their specialists who do such spinal manipulations have any medical education and accreditation! These are all rituals! And the salon is not responsible for the final result of the procedure! I was refused a refund, arguing that the service was provided, that the price includes not only the work of Thai specialists. For 2 days of restoration of the consequences of this ritual, a very large amount was given to the injured back and neck, and this is not the end. The director of Royal Thai SPA on the phone told me to bring them a traumatologist's report, which will say that it is their fault and the consequences of their work, then they will consider my request for a refund for the service rendered.
At least there are staff, an administrator who saw my condition for the first few minutes, and surveillance cameras.
Absolutely customer-oriented MANAGEMENT and staff. Specialists without medical education and accreditation.
Be careful when entrusting your spine to unqualified specialists who "bribe" with the general entourage and atomosphere. Someone may be unlucky.…

классный салон! с удовольствием обслужили, современный сервис, трудолюбивый персонал. перед сеансом можно отрегулировать все, чтобы было максимально комфортно. подают чай, тайские сушеные фрукты и воду. так же выдают мягкие халаты, тапочки. можно даже выбрать аромат массажного масла! в комнатах релакса есть джакузи, полотенца, благовония, мыло и крем zilenski&rosen. очень рекомендую к посещению

Это был мой первый опыт связанный с массажем и в целом с этой сферой. Я таких эмоций не испытывал с детства! Можно сказать заново родился! Если у кого-то есть сомнения отбрасывайте их и пробуйте! Эти люди знают, что делают от входа до самого выхода, ты словно терчешься от всех своих мыслей и основной жизни, и просто расслабляешься и отдыхаешь. Спасибо команде этого спа, за новые эмоции в жизни. Обязательно вернусь к ним!

The massage itself is rough, shoulders, back and hair twitching - it hurt, as a result you will not relax, but only clench. They smeared the shoulders and scalp with some kind of unpleasant oil, or ointment with menthol. I didn't know anything about it. Была вчера на программе Блаженство Тайланда. Салон понравился, администраторы приветливые, в заведении чисто, массажные столы удобные, музыка очень расслабляющая, комфортная температура. Но я серьезно понижаю оценку, потому что мастер создал мне проблему со здоровьем. Ну в принципе понятно уже, отзыв пишу в 7 утра. У меня адски болит правая сторона в районе шейно-воротниковой зоны, не могу спать, явно, слишком агрессивный массаж. Я дважды говорила мастеру больно, она правда сразу переставала давить, но видимо где то я не успела это сказать. Теперь вместо блаженства чувствую боль , придётся искать мастера, который расмассажирует этот участок. За 250 рублей не должно быть такого результата(((((

Была в первый раз в таком заведении. В принципе, всё понравилось. У меня был сертификат на традиционный тайский oil-ритуал и массаж. С самого начала предложили выбрать эфирное масло по вкусу, уточнили, какие зоны стоит проработать сильнее, а какие лучше не трогать, с каким нажимом работать. Сам массаж был в меру жёсткий, действительно полностью размяли.
Не была готова к тому, что мастера говорят на смеси русского и английского, но вышло забавно.
Понравилось, что в комнате есть душ.
Думаю, что ещё вернусь.

I am very disappointed. Inattentive, rude girls at the reception. Absolutely nothing was explained where to go, what to do. But the most unpleasant thing: the steaming barrel stank wildly of either mold or old sweat that had not been washed...
The massage was good. But this does not atone for the very unpleasant impression of visiting the salon.

Если вы ищете спа, где к вашему телу будут относиться деликатно - не рекомендую к посещению.
Когда по приходу обговаривали с администраторами зоны массажа я обозначила, что не хотела бы, чтобы трогали мою голову и лицо. Тем не менее мастер когда вошла в комнату сразу же начала меня хлопать своей ладонью по голове со словами «no head, yes?»…При массаже неоднократно затрагивалась в итоге голова, и мне приходилось несколько раз еще просить, чтобы не трогали.
Также мастер совершенно неделикатно относилась к интимным зонам тела, забирала полотенце и не придерживала его у груди при перевороте на столе, как это делают во всех приличных спа. Не учитывался момент, что человеку это может быть некомфортно.
Но самая дискомфортная ситуация была в том, что в один момент на стоун массаже, на котором мы уже неоднократно были, мне мастер начала делать массаж груди. Я этого совершенно не ожидала, и даже если и так, можно ведь было массировать мышцу, оставляя полотенце на самой груди, но почему-то делался массаж этой зоны в целом. Также при массаже бедер мастер неоднократно задевала руками интимные зоны выше них.
Для меня это была неприемлемая ситуация и я уточнила у администратора, почему так произошло. Мне сказали, что так происходит всегда при массаже. На мое замечание о том, что я неоднократно была на таком массаже и ничего подобного не было, со мной продолжали спор и пытались мне объяснить, что я не права. В итоге оказалось, что Я должна была уточнить, что не хочу массажа интимных зон, хотя в моем понимании это и так очевидная вещь. На вопрос о том, не считает ли спа, что в таком случае им самим нужно уточнять этот момент у гостей, чтобы не было неприятных ситуаций, тк все могут к этому относиться по-разному, со мной продолжили вести спор.
Я попросила поговорить с менеджером, но менеджер Дарья также в итоге не нашла время обсудить со мной эту ситуацию.
Поэтому, если вы все же идете в Роял Тай спа, и хотите отдохнуть за свои же деньги, вам придется самим думать о факторах, которые могут сделать ваш отдых неприятным - за вас, приглашая вас на отдых, там это, к сожалению, не сделают. Что еще окажется необходимым учесть самим? Что масло может закончиться и взять свое?
А также жаль, что работа с клиентом нулевая. Ситуацию можно было бы решить сразу двумя предложениями «Извините, что отдых получился не очень приятным, мы обязательно учтем этот момент, мы всегда рады совершенствовать уровень нашего сервиса. Приходите к нам в следующий раз, мы позаботимся о том, чтобы такие моменты больше не доставили дискомфорта».
А теперь мы вряд ли останемся гостями спа, а вместе с нами и все те люди, которым мы регулярно дарили сертификаты на всевозможные праздники.

Хорошее место. Очень вежливый персонал. Мастера все сделали хорошо. Ключевое отличие от других салонов - скидки по будням. Массаж 1.5 часа обошёлся в 135 руб. смотрел цены в других - начинаются от 150. Один балл снимаю за то что добавили дополнительные полчаса о которых не просил поэтому и цена чуть выросла, так было бы 105 руб примерно. Но уж слишком хорошо помяли, не стал возникать :)

Сын подарил подарочный сертификат в данный салон.Традиционный тайский ритуал , я в восторге.Атмофера очень приятная,я бы даже сказала завораживающая.Тайский массаж просто восхитительный, девушка Тайка очень внимательна,реагировала на каждую мою эмоцию.Вобщем рекомендую с удовольствием,балуйте себя и своих близких.

Шикарное место. Обслуживание очень внимательное. Девочки таечки делают божественный массаж. Уютная атмосфера. После массажа можно принять душ и выпить горячий чай с вкусняшками.
