I stayed in Turkey for 2 weeks, the hotel is very good : comfortable, cozy, high level of service.Many thanks to the managers , they picked up a wonderful hotel (there are a lot of them ), took into account all my wishes .The manager is polite and friendly. I recommend it!!!

I bought a tour to Georgia from this operator. Polite manager Elena competently advised and helped to choose a tour on a budget. An air tour to Georgia will be remembered for a lifetime! The hotel was also picked up great, thank you!

Employees of the berkt organization take responsibility for delivering a passenger from the airport home, then it turns out that no one is happy, but the person was forgotten at the airport, and they also feed fairy tales. At the same time, the management is not in the subject and does not bear responsibility for their employees and does not even want to apologize. Very unpleasant feelings remained after the incident with this company. There is no responsibility at all, no empathy either. We can throw it. It's better not to work with such people in this business.
