I don't know about the hotel and the rooms, but you have a super convenient location and very cool breakfasts! This is one of the places where you can have an early breakfast in Georgia (there are very few such places by 9 am). A good selection of breakfasts, a buffet and plus omelets are prepared. Very caring and nice staff!)

I don't know how this place has
a disgusting attitude to Russians, we saw how we communicated with others.
My husband and I spoke pure English all evening to at least have a proper meal. The dishes were brought quickly. But it's not worth the money at all, and 18% of the service fee is for sure.
Tartar is just ground minced meat. I do not advise you to take it.
The burger is delicious.
The service is on the dump. The waiter poured water into my glass, spilled some on the phone lying next to me... and didn't even bring napkins, just "sorry"
The change was not fully delivered, yes, there is 0.60 GEL, but despite the fact that we gave 13 GEL only for the service…
We certainly won't come a second time. And friends / acquaintances will not be advised

The hotel is certainly beautiful, but the service is at the bottom level. Yesterday I arrived from a long trip to Europe, France-Germany-Belgium. I haven't seen such a service for a long time. My advice to everyone who is going to stay there - do not carry the bill, dishes, drinks - go away, let them run after you themselves, in the end they need it)

We went to eat, having heard the RUSSIAN speech - 35 minutes to prepare a salad, then waited another 30 minutes for dessert, a steamed place, a collective farm service 90, the waiter forgot to remove one of the three plates.
I really do not recommend this place, there are a lot of places where they speak Russian and there is no such piggish attitude.

I really liked the hotel. Comfortable, cozy, colorful. In the lobby in the evenings there is a special buzz and its own atmosphere, you can just come and enjoy. I really liked everything!

We were at this hotel this year. I will say this: a year ago the service was better.

But here's the number... you can use a hair dryer to dry your hair. Very weak, then broke down altogether. One bathrobe is provided, although two come by. At the reception they asked us about the minibar and we refused it... and they locked the refrigerator for us, that is, you can't even cool the water in the room. Plus, the refrigerator is noisy.
Upon arrival, the lamp near the bed was burned out.
Guys, for such a price tag, everything doesn't look very good.

The numbers are for three. Everything is made of g... and sticks. Good cosmetics in the bathroom, interesting design solutions. The antique wardrobe in the room with all its antique smells. The rooms are small. The view from the windows is not very good. The girls at the reception pretend with all their might that they do not know Russian. For the bar in the room, you need to leave a deposit of 100 GEL per day or they will close. The breakfasts are good. A designer hotel with a total area of 5 star Stamba. A fashionable place for young people. A normal bar.

The hotel is very conditionally 4-star. For this money, you can find a better one: with a spa and breakfast included.
Minuses.
- The room is very poorly cleaned. Everything is dusty. My husband became allergic to dust, the maid showed that an ordinary vacuum cleaner does not fit under the bed, which means that it cannot be washed there. We solved the issue through the reception.
-very noisy side facing the street, it is difficult to sleep.

The hotel is very colorful and nice. But there are also disadvantages, the rooms are very small, you just can't turn around , there is nowhere to put things, the closet is very small even for two. The shower is also very small, the watering can in the shower is strange. The breakfasts are super tasty, but in the evening it is impossible to eat in the same restaurant, it is not tasty. The staff is very helpful.

Excellent hotel, round-the-clock check-in, wonderful rooms, all with a soul. Everything is stylish and thoughtful, like all adjara group projects, the rooms are very pleasant.

A very decent hotel, located almost on the central street of the city, or rather - in a quiet alley. The interiors are at a height, very stylish design, decorated "antique". In some rooms (not all) - the bathtub is located directly in the living room. At the same time, the bathroom (which does not have a bathtub, only a shower) is separated from the toilet - it is a separate room. A very good breakfast buffet. Even champagne is included on weekends.
