This was one of the greatest restaurants I've eaten anywhere, and was the first time we had visited while in Vitebsk! The drinks were absolutely top notched. We had several drinks all prepared perfect. The filet mignon I had was cooked to perfection as was the squash soup eaten by my partner. The service was phenomenal too by the way.

We celebrated the anniversary with my husband at the Rib. We ordered a lot of food to use the certificate presented by relatives. All the food was delicious. Tom yam soup is spicy and rich, and assorted meats are soft and delicious. The sauces are delicious, even for an amateur: there were too many sweet sauces for us. Drinks: ale, Margarita cocktail and lemonade were also liked. The service is unobtrusive, the place is pleasant. The terrace is bright and cozy, with soft sofas. I want to come here again. Although the prices, in my opinion, are slightly "biting". But it's very tasty! Especially the ribs in the berry barbecue - I recommend it.

The cafe itself is a little away from the main pedestrian street of Vitebsk, so there probably isn't such crowding on a Friday evening. Positive: -The atmosphere in the restaurant is very comfortable, I especially liked the heated terrace. I especially recommend the ribs in lingonberry sauce. We also ordered a meat platter, which, in fact, is designed for three and is very satisfying. Keep this in mind to avoid feeling heavy. - In general, the dishes on the menu are at a good level, and I would give them a solid 4. Minuses: - Pumpkin cream soup was more like mashed potatoes. Although it is a cream soup, I would still like it to have a more soupy texture. - The shrimp salad was delicious, but the shrimp was served cold, which slightly spoiled the impression. - We chose brownies and meringue rolls for dessert. Both dishes were generously sprinkled with almonds and salted caramel syrup, which, unfortunately, interrupted the taste of dessert. I would rate them at 3. They were normal, but not special. The meringue roll, moreover, did not quite meet their expectations. - I would like the dishes to have a note about the degree of spiciness. This would significantly improve the service. As a result, this place is great for lovers of meat dishes. However, if you're looking for desserts or light snacks, you might want to look elsewhere.

We were on September 2, we took: Draniki with mushroom sauce and stewed rib, mushroom soup, chicken kebab, tom yam, ginger broth, cheesecake, freshly squeezed juice. I ended up poisoning myself with mushroom soup. The taste of the food is very mediocre. Tom yam was the most worthy of all positions. Draniki and barbecue are normal. Of all our lunches and dinners in Belarus in two weeks, this was the worst meal. And it is not clear why such prices are for such quality. The waitresses are just there and doing their job. They were a little tired, and not particularly interested in the guests of the restaurant, not to say that they were friendly.

We looked into the Tue in the afternoon (about 16 hours), there were few people (about 50% of the tables were occupied), the menu was quite diverse, the price tag was of course a little higher than in the canteen on the outskirts of the city. The toilet is clean and without stench (although it is dark, and there is no lighting near the mirror, and this is sad). With a full landing, the waiting time is quite pleasant. They cook quickly, they serve too. The staff is just great. Overall, the place is very tasty and pleasant. But there is one disadvantage in the establishment - there is only one toilet for men and women for the entire restaurant. And there's not even a separate washbasin where you can just wash your hands without going into the stall. Queues there are constant in the evening The establishment is quite decent, but not the best in Vitebsk. In general, there is a desire to return there, which means I RECOMMEND it to the rest.

I will immediately note the advantages — very friendly and polite waiters, the atmosphere is inviting, the interior is tastefully decorated and creates a pleasant impression from the very threshold. It would seem that everything started perfectly. However, alas, it was not without disappointment, and this disappointment turned out to be significant. I ordered a rib eye steak, which, as it turned out, is served by weight — as a result, it came out to 200 Belarusian rubles (about 6000 Russian). Unfortunately, a third of the steak turned out to be pure fat (photo attached). I understand the peculiarities of marbled meat, but here we are not talking about marbling, but about a large piece of fat that could not be fried or sliced. When the waitress asked if everything was okay, I politely pointed out the problem. Unfortunately, no proposals have been received to resolve the situation. Although in my opinion, in such cases, the staff could offer at least one of the following options: • bring a substitute (for example, another piece of steak with an adequate ratio of meat and fat), • make partial compensation for the cost of the dish, • or at least a compliment from the establishment as a sign of respect for the guest. None of this was offered, which is especially strange considering the price level. For the amount of 200 rubles, I expected not only high-quality meat, but also appropriate service in case of a dispute. As a result, the pleasant atmosphere and the good waiters could not compensate for the feeling that I had wasted my money. The final score is 3 out of 5. With such a price tag, you want to be confident in the quality of the dishes served and in the restaurant's ability to work with guest feedback.
