I've applied 2 times so far for redevelopment issues. My questions have been resolved. As far as I can see, while I'm standing in line, people haven't had any problem situations. It is convenient that you can contact one place for all questions.

Excellent center. Competent, polite specialists who know their job. They work quickly and efficiently. Convenient location. The only disadvantage is that there is very little space inside. It's cramped, there's no waiting area.

The work of the redevelopment department is simply disgusting, having submitted the documents in November, and having taken the most expensive turnkey service, we received a new certificate only in June, and then we had to constantly call, push the sleepy Vasily Vasilyevich, completely immerse ourselves in the topic of all acts and paperwork, then why this service?! Although they promised on 12/16/2024, well, they were delayed for half a year!

This time they served well, quickly, and came out with a "pleasant aftertaste". The employee was competent/pleasant and had a good sense of humor. If there were mistakes, they helped correct them correctly without swearing. Although there was shouting and rudeness nearby, it was more the fault of the visitors. Working with documents requires attention, we, as visitors, always demand speed of service, and as soon as an error occurs and docks have to be done in the second round, we are very indignant. I went to this center for an extension of the rental agreement. First of all, I signed up for a slot by phone, and when I arrived, I waited 10 minutes for the woman from the window to pay attention to me. When I asked her if I could come by appointment, she said that everything was on a first-come, first-served basis and I had to get a ticket from the machine. The device is located in the corner of the room and is not visible. When I signed the documents, my landlord had questions about where and what to write correctly, each question to this woman was accompanied by condemnation on her part and passive aggression. In the end, she actually said that my landlord was dumb. Inappropriate behavior on the part of employees.

What a place Prepare to wait at least 20 minutes if the procedure is simple. The redevelopment will take more than 40 minutes of waiting... in my experience, there is no point in going in the evening. The employees are generally friendly and understand the situation, and thank them for that. But the RSC is clearly overloaded

If you come first-come, first-served, there's little chance you'll get in. There are always a lot of people, even on the street. And if you signed up in advance, printed out and filled out all the documents yourself, then the time spent there can be minimized. There are some very nice girls among the staff, and there are some boorish ones. You can understand them - with such a daily flow of people, only the strongest will remain mentally calm) I wish them good luck!

Excellent specialists, give full and understandable consultations, communicate very positively, despite the huge workload, crowding of people around. I came out in a pleasant surprise and in a good mood from them. Thank you very much. I would draw the attention of the heads of the head office to the need for more comfortable working conditions for this center. Employees draw up documents in which mistakes should not be made. And right above them there are people from the queue, there is noise, there is some kind of movement all the time.

I was at the settlement center today, renegotiating the apartment rental agreement. I was served by a girl 8 years old. It's a terrible attitude. She talked in raised tones, was rude at every step. You rarely see me, but it's just terrifying. The attitude towards customers is terrible!

For such a large area as Minsk Mir, the premises of the RSC at Bratskaya 12 are very small, very small, and there are a lot of people.But if you do everything right, then, in principle, you can solve your problem, namely, you need to try and make an appointment by getting a ticket there (choose an online appointment, your time agreed by phone) and almost at this time you will get an appointment with a specialist, that's it. For all questions, one paid phone number, many attempts to get through, to no avail. The messages are unrequited. The queues are huge, I couldn't find out what documents are needed to register a Russian citizen anywhere. I couldn't get through, the money is being debited from the phone, some kind of extortion on a legal basis. People are jostling on the street, the room is small and stuffy, three chairs for a crowd of people. Wait for more than 2 hours. There is no free information on any issue, when will there be basic respect for people, high-quality service and cultural attitude? Considering the physical capabilities of the elderly, with different information and financial capabilities?

The attitude is arrogant and boorish. I was told that I had chosen the wrong ticket in the electronic queue, although the choice was not obvious, and they did not accept it until I took another ticket, although there was no queue and they called me to the same window. But they didn't make any note on the passport replacement application, as a result, I didn't receive an SMS notification, although all the official payment boxes and phone number were filled in. I needed my passport urgently, and because of the unproven SMS notification service, I myself had to call ogim on the last day. Clients are rude and make comments about their handwriting.

They work worse than at the post office. On Saturday, they refused to issue a certificate in connection with the update, and they didn't give a damn that the certificate was needed today. You have to sit here for 2 hours, they're not in a hurry, they don't need anything. They've been working since 8, it's 8:30, and the queue hasn't changed in any window in 20 minutes!

I was extremely dissatisfied. I paid for May, I made a mistake in the meter readings. When I called to sort out the situation, they tried to switch me to a calculation specialist, but without success. She called every day, left requests for a callback, no one deigned to call back. Now we have received a notification to pay for 132 Cubes of water. And due to the fact that the specialists did not respond to the error in a timely manner, they will have to call a specialist from the water utility to retake the testimony and draw up an act. I was also "amused" by the fact that the recalculation will be done next month, and now pay, otherwise the penalty will drip ... Based on the above, I ask you to deal with the problem of switching to the right specialist. And organize the work so that people don't wait for callbacks for who knows how long.

There are giant queues all the time. The information service by phone to a short number is paid. Even by appointment, you will have to wait . Don't even expect to get in on your own time. Those without an appointment have an average waiting time of at least 2 hours! Sit down for 3 people . But we came across the operator, a very polite, pleasant woman with black hair and short haircut, if I'm not mistaken, 4 window. In general, all the operators are polite despite the aggression of the tired crowd.

There is no information anywhere that they only work by appointment on Saturday, I was guided by the work schedule indicated here on the card, it turned out not to be true. After making a phone call on a piece of paper that hangs on the door, they said that it was impossible to register on a day-to-day basis. In fact, the institution does not work on Saturday, because you can only find out about the schedule by coming to the door, but you cannot sign up there.

There are constant queues, at best half of the specialists work. We are absolutely not interested in prompt customer service. The specialists of the redevelopment department are sitting in their pants and absolutely do not want to work: they cannot provide information on the color of the facade of the building by phone, they must come in person. The website shows a work schedule that does not correspond to the real time of work. Plus, they still manage to be late for work.

A super small room where there is absolutely nowhere to even walk / stand up and not bother anyone, let alone sit down and wait for your turn - about 2 hours. There are only 5 windows - what is it for such a large area as Minsk world??? Female passport officers are tired, you can understand them, it's hard to work in such conditions, so they're rude. I just feel humanly sorry for the staff and I feel sorry for the people. After waiting, standing in line for a couple of hours, where you are constantly being elbowed or shouldered, you begin to involuntarily be rude to employees in response. In general, they will help and you will do what you need, but the mood will be ruined for the whole evening. The questions are more likely not to the employees, but to the owners and designers of this accounting and reference center - who designed this 2x2 square meter building for the entire area? A quiet horror.

Minsk is a huge world, a huge number of people live here, and there are many questions about why the institution itself is so small. There are 4 windows in total. Queues of 2 hours each.
