A very pleasant woman greets you at the entrance, who explains everything you need with a sweet smile. You can ask her directly for a coupon, I didn't immediately get my bearings in this coupon issuing machine. You can immediately ask her for a form to fill out, and while waiting in line, fill it out. The first time I was called, the woman at the table told me very sternly that I had filled out everything incorrectly, I thanked her and was asked how long it would take to call me back. So the secret of the strange queue was revealed. It's good that they don't force you to take the ticket again (imagine if a bunch of people came after you, you were sent to fill out again and take the ticket to the end of the queue) and you don't have to wait until people take the table while filling out (you can continue to serve the queue). I think it's a good system. The second time, this woman was nice to me. The secret is that if you are waiting for a favor, then you need to show it yourself first, and not wait for any reason to flare up a conflict. Although looking at the people who were there, I'm not surprised by most of the reviews. I changed my passport, the whole procedure took an hour (considering that it was also my fault that I had to rewrite it). I found out on the Internet in advance what documents are needed in order not to travel back and forth several times. I was here a year ago when we signed the lease agreement. I remember doing this during my lunch break at work. And it took an hour, taking into account driving from work and driving back to work. I wasn't even late from lunch. It was really fast, because, again, we filled out the forms while the queue was going on.

And it turned out as always) I don't remember such hellish queues in the Russian Orthodox Church, which were located at different addresses. Here you can also spend hours waiting for just the usual filing of a certificate. Even more interesting is the reception quest, when you are sent to the wrong specialist, you sit in a queue for hours and then it turns out that you were sent to the wrong place. More hours of waiting on one issue.

Very tough. Get ready to queue for 2-3 hours on a weekday, even during the day!! Of the 10 desks, only 2 are working. Why did they spend money on furniture, it's not clear 🫣 there are chairs like at the airport for these 2 people working. If there was a minus grade for zero, it would be necessary to put it
