There is a woman sitting at the entrance who is rude to everyone, paying only in cash. And if you give a bill, not a coin, he begins to resent and force you to change it. In the morning, around 07:10, my stomach got sick and I came here hoping to relieve myself. At the bottom of the stairs, in front of the booth where the empress of this institution sits, there was a yellow sign indicating that there was no further passage. When I asked to go and use the toilet for my intended purpose, I was told: "We are currently receiving the cash register." One might think that you have a million-dollar revenue turnover there, that the two of you count and cannot miss a person in an hour of urgent need! I asked again, to which I received the same answer in a more irritated form. Despite the overwhelming desire and abdominal pain, I had to go to the bus station. This leads to the conclusion that the institution is not fully operational around the clock. And after seeing other reviews with cracks in the doors and the lack of toilets, I only regret that there is no 0.5 star rating.
