My wife and I decided to spend a pleasant evening on your summer terrace. I'll start with the positive aspects: the waiters' service was excellent. They were attentive, friendly and promptly responded to our requests. However, unfortunately, this did not compensate for the negative impressions of the food.
Breakfast at the restaurant was also a pleasant experience. The waiters demonstrated professionalism and politeness. But when we had dinner on the summer terrace, the situation changed. The food turned out to be far from the level that can be expected from a hotel of this class. The prices do not match the quality of the dishes. It was a real disappointing moment.
However, the most unpleasant impression is associated with the authorities. Mr. Andrey, apparently, believes that it is normal to tell off his subordinates in front of the guests. But it was terrible and unprofessional. I hope that your feedback will be heard and measures will be taken to ensure that other guests do not encounter similar situations.

What didn't you like about a hotel of this level:
1: parking problems, since "the car is big" according to the valet (a simple crossover). "Park the car somewhere there, but not at the very entrance" - there is no customer orientation.
2: terrible breakfasts. It seems that everything is there and everything from the "haute cuisine", decorated in the "Michelin" style, but everything is tasteless, monotonous. The staff is sleepy and busy with something other than paying attention to the guests.
3: the rooms are already clearly in need of modernization - everything is old. Well, the hotel just didn't justify itself for such a price.

We stayed at this hotel in June 2024 for two days, came to the friendly match Russia-Belarus. The choice fell on this hotel because of its proximity to the stadium, well, we thought that there would be no problems with a 5-star hotel. We were very wrong. We arrived at the hotel around 12, we understood that check-in was from 14, but still 5 stars, hotels of this level always solve the issue of early check-in. But no, they politely refused us at the reception and informed us that check-in was at exactly 14 and not earlier. The girl at the reception felt like she was working not like the first day, but the first hour. She made out for a long time, encoded the room keys, put them somewhere, then couldn't find them, couldn't recode them either, as a result, she searched for the room keys for 20 minutes. She couldn't find our reservation in the program, her colleagues approached her, pressed 2 buttons and everything was found. In general, we got to the room at 14:30, after spending 2.5 hours at the reception. It happens that they write about the bad view from the room, there was no bad view, there was just no view, just a wall. Of course, we did not expect this from a 5-star hotel. And no one warned about the availability of such rooms, in general, they should be several times cheaper. After arriving at the room, they called the spa to book a massage. They said that the massage therapist only works and he has his own clients. How is that even possible? They spat on the service, went for a walk around the city. In the evening at about 22:00, arriving at the hotel, we got hungry, called to order dinner in the room, in response we were informed that the wait was from 2 hours. Complete shock! This is not allowed for a 5-star hotel.
Otherwise, everything was generally good, the room was cleaned well, the breakfasts were not bad, although there is no freshly squeezed juice for breakfast, and we are already used to it in 5-star hotels, but there is champagne for connoisseurs of light alcohol in the morning. We rent 3 stars to the hotel for the service, which is actually absent.

Pros: a giant room, a large selection of breakfast food, champagne for breakfast, friendly staff
Cons: everything is somehow without a soul, everything is like from the 00s in style, old carpets everywhere, the room was noisy due to repairs under the windows, the staff did not solve this issue.
It cost 30 for two nights, absolutely unjustified for my taste.

Прекрасный отель! Девочкам на ресепшен большое спасибо, быстро и вежливо решили небольшую проблемку. Номер большой, чистый,просторный, много света. Очень тепло. Кровать- это сказка, большая, супер удобрый матрас, белье белоснежное. По просьбе принесли артопедическую подушку.
Хорошо работает WI-FI. В д.р. супруга отель сделал приятный комплимент в виде красивой поздравительной открытки и вкусных пирожных. Спасибо!
СПА- прияно расслабиться в джакузи после долгих пеших прогулок, хорошие парилки, большой бассейн.
Но вот лежаки нужно бы заменить, для такого уровня отеля деревянные лежаки это нонсенс. На них сидеть не удобно, а уж лежать и подавно, все тело затекает.
Расположение отеля очень удобное, все в пешей доступности.

Шикарный отель, даже за свои деньги, номера чистые, красивые и очень комфортные, в номерах есть всё самое необходимое, как в комнатах, так и в санузлах. В номере коннект их было целых три, что не могло не радовать при большом количестве человек в одном номере. Очень большие и удобные кровати, я приболел за время поездки и этот фактор мне позволил быстрее восстановиться. Бассейн с красивым видом под крышей и джакузи также были очень хороши, в бассейне была комфортная температура для плаванья, не слишком холодная. Персонал отзывчивый, помогал при необходимости. Саун, хоть и немного, но они все оригинальные и необычные, в которых, лично я ещё не бывал, особенно поразила турецкая баня со 100% влажностью, был там полминуты, но впечатлений хватило.
Единственными минусами я бы выделил, что ванна в люксе маловата, и я думал она будет сильно шире и длиннее, а также тот факт, что завтрак был хоть и вкусный, но за эти деньги, мне не хватило местного колорита и разнообразия блюд, в остальном же, это был шикарный отдых и я обязательно вернусь сюда при возможности
P.S. Забыл упомянуть, что отель находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от метро и от центра города, что очень классно.

Расположен рядом с резиденцией Президента. Самый центр, но очень тихо. Красивая фасадная группа. Милые доброжелательные девушки на ресепшен. Завтраки выше всяких похвал. Нарезка сыров, мяса, рыбы. Творог, йогурты, блинчики, сырники, каши, супы, шампанское, орехи, фрукты, овощи, выпечка . Не знаю - что еще можно предложить нам, обывателям, на завтрак - есть все! Официанты внимательные и ненавязчивые. Всего достаточно, постоянно пополняют. Единственный минус - из двух кофемашин одна постоянно не работала, от чего образовывалась очередь. Но это не критично. Вай-фай хороший. Чистота идеальная, уборка качественная . Халаты, тапочки, белье, полотенца - все идеально чистое. Бар платный, воду и чай-кофе пополняют ежедневно. Стандартный номер с двумя раздельными кроватями очень просторный. Полное соответствие фото . Окна открываются, кондиционер работает. Претензий нет - от слова «совсем». Если только - к цене). Однозначно - рекомендую и благодарю за наши 4 дня пребывания.

Number of rooms: the rooms do not have superior rooms and large sizes. Inside there is a clearly minimal package of furniture, quite tolerable. There are no sprinklers, instead there are beds.... Mattresses should be changed. The bed linen is strong and clean. The bathroom is outdated, the showers are "tired", the cosmetics set is minimal, cheap.
Staff: the staff is full, poorly trained and not motivated. The counter may be rude and is not interested in working with a check increase. There is no product for additional sales and sales increase ......
Breakfast:
They are made by means of a buffet with the constant presence of staff. All the dishes are delicious, hot is present, the assortment is high. The change is made quickly. The breakfast room is too small and the furniture is outdated.
The hotel building is located next to the casino, as is customary in the Republic of Belarus, there are many interesting places around, museums, a garden, a pond, a park for walking.

There are disadvantages. First of all, sound insulation. It doesn't come from the word "at all"!!! It's like a 5-star hotel, not a hostel. But it feels like there is no door to the corridor, and the people from the next room were near us. Thanks to the staff, we were moved to another room (from 411 to 517). It didn't solve the problem, but it was a little quieter now. For 2 days, 31,000 rubles (Russian Federation) were paid in the standard. The toilet drain button is broken, well, it's broken, it falls out. It can be seen from the already dusty places on the broken fasteners that this happened a long time ago. It is impossible to adjust the temperature in the room, the regulator is broken. The temperature was normal, but it was possible to set it cooler at night.
Well, the price of 70 rubles (RB) for breakfast is not very pleasant. Nearby there are a couple of very expensive restaurants in which he went out cheaper for two.
Overall, the hotel is good. I won't stop here again. But there is still something to work on.

Были с родителями. В августе. Отель большой, очень комфортный- расположение на пять. Ася инфраструктура есть рядом. Очень тихо, как внутри, так и с наружи. Завтраки огонь, очень много красной рыбы, нарезка и на гриле. Шампанское))), свежие фрукты, кофе. персонал вежливый, все во время убирают, НО есть одна проблема пропадает вай-фай , пока не скажешь на ресепшене, не появляется. Заявляют в описании отеля, что есть во всех номерах, пропадает,,,,,Все, что не просили - все организовывают достаточно быстро. Наверное рекомендую

Шикарные номера, очень чисто и уютно. Сказочные белоснежные махровые халаты - особый вид удовольствия. Возможность посещения бассейна и саун также подкупает.
На летней террасе обедать не рекомендую, очень долго несут суп и салаты. Вкус и подача тоже не понравились. Лучше прогуляться на Зыбицкую и поесть там.
Обслуживание в номер тоже почему-то очень долгая история. Карпаччо и мясную тарелку ждали 40 минут, штопор просили принести….час это заняло. Притом, что дала чаевые, никто не торопился.
В остальном отель классный) всегда в нем останавливаемся

The absolute advantages of the hotel are the central location and the presence of a 25-meter swimming pool where you can "soak off" after a tourist and excursion program.
Otherwise, it feels like the room stock, furniture and plumbing are tired. The breakfasts are not bad, but no more. Two modest coffee machines cope with the main task, but the taste of the drink is for an amateur. Huge tables for 8-10 people are hardly appropriate in the breakfast room - couples or single travelers wander around the hall, sitting down with someone, or occupying a huge table for a dozen people together. The waiters do not have time to clean up the dishes for the departed guests, so it is not always clear whether the table is free or busy.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
Even a standard room is quite spacious for two guests. There is everything you need - from shampoos to an iron and ironing board. There are no complaints about room cleaning.
For the future, in this price category and stardom, I will probably prefer one of the hotels available in Minsk from well-known international chains.
