I was at the President hotel only as a Participant of a Congress. So my rating only considers the lobby and conference rooms areas. They are very nice, comfortable and well equipped The Petrovsky hall has a panoramic window with a full view of Peter the Great monument on the river. The Gzhel is very nice and finely decorated with the Gzhel panels and lustres/lamps. I'd rather recommend the place as an expensive venue for big events with good funding The only lousy thing was food (coffee &lunch breaks), they were an absolute failure with scarce food and poor assortment and a constant lack of dishes and glasses, et cetera,however, I guess it wasn't the fault of the hotel but maybe some outsourced catering chosen by the Organizers.

Очень часто здесь останавливаюсь, но интерьер очень старый, все какое то унылое. Цены на номера очень недорогие. Жаль что выбор еды на завтраках сильно уменьшился! Но я все равно буду и дальше там останавливаться. Надеюсь там сделают ремон и цены не будут рости.
