The operators are tactless, they can't speak Russian. You only get through to them 5 times, the tour was canceled without explaining the reason. The tour operator is terrible, they don't know anything, the site is not clear. Russian russians write to them and they respond in Armenian, of course I understand, but it's like a tour operator and he should know Russian, shouldn't he? They lead tours to people.
