The only disadvantage is the location: there is no way to get there by bus. I usually walk from home if the weather is good, but in winter, when it's icy or in a hurry, I take a taxi. It takes half an hour on the road when walking at a pace. This is not possible in winter. And yet, to enter the polyclinic building from the side of the regional hospital, you have to go around it, because a few years ago they closed the second entrance from the opposite side. In general, from the point of view of fire safety, this is unacceptable. But it's always like that with us, until something happens, and then they look for the culprits.
