I'll give you two stars for the phone call. Unfortunately, the employee I spoke with responded in a rude manner, emphasizing that she was supposedly repeating the information for the third time. If a person did not hear something or did not immediately understand it, this is not a reason to talk to him in a raised or irritated tone. I don't recommend my doctor. I would really like to have more polite and friendly specialists working in your clinic who treat patients with respect.
