I am extremely outraged by the negligent attitude of Nisirdinova Arzigul! The child is currently 3 months old, and at the time of the first screening, she had been getting referrals for UAC, biochemistry, and an appointment with specialized specialists for two weeks (biochemistry, as a result, had to be done for a fee at Invitro, and we still haven't gotten to ENT). I regularly make deductions for compulsory medical insurance and have to apply to private medical centers! I tried to change the attachment site through Egov, but the service was refused twice. As it turned out, I have to approach the head of pediatrics. Can you tell me which authorities to complain to?

The old clinic, almost everything remains from Soviet times, even the creaking chairs in the hallway. I did an X-ray there 5 years ago and a mammogram last year. Nothing has changed. The doctor is a woman, but very rude. There is a pleasant playground at the entrance to the clinic. Benches, in the shade of trees. Manicured flower beds.

Although I am not a fan of going to the doctors, I like this clinic for its cleanliness and comfort. Friendly people in white coats at the reception. Any issue is solved quickly and, most importantly, complement each other. They explain it clearly. And very competent and friendly doctors
