We rested on a voucher from 09.09.2024 to 13.09. Everything is good, friendly staff, clean linen, the location is good, you can walk to Nemiga, park across the street, Svisloch river.It would be nice to have disposable slippers on request and a cup of tea, at least complimentary.

The hotel is conveniently located on one of the most central streets of Minsk. There were no issues with booking and check-in. The rooms are not large in size, the furniture is battered, the bed is normal. The view from the room on the 10th floor is awesome.
The breakfasts are standard, there are no questions. There is a parking lot, and this is very important, because there is nowhere to put a car in the center of Minsk.Everything is clean.

We were in Minsk at the end of June 2024. We stayed at the Planeta Hotel. We have booked a two-room Suite.
Positive: good location, good breakfasts.
Cons: The rooms are old, the furniture is from the 80s. The photos of the room do not match reality (instead of two double beds in one of the rooms there is a folding sofa, old, squeaky terribly! The bathtub is also old. The windows don't open well, there are no screens, they haven't been washed, apparently, for many years. Cleaning for 4-. The first room did not have air conditioning in one of the rooms, so I had to ask for another room. Bed linen is not made for extra.the place- you have to do everything yourself. The double bed is made with linen for a single bed! Arriving at the room at 12 o'clock in the morning, I had to do everything myself, ask for a normal set of underwear (which also did not turn out to be). The folding sofa did not work, I had to call the master ....
In short, you understand that this is not the level of a Suite, from the word- at all!
Bottom line: next time, this hotel will definitely not be chosen by us.

The big hotel is located not far from the center. There is a shopping center nearby within walking distance. The breakfasts are bad every day, the same thing, the pastries are not fresh, there is nothing to eat. The room is normally not critical, but some kind of cosmetic repairs are required, especially in the bathroom. We cleaned the rooms for 3+.

Overall impression: Back to the USSR in both a good and a bad way.
Pros: clean, daily cleaning, 4 elevators, large room stock, there are single rooms, they were even on May holidays. The room has a refrigerator, 3 mirrors (that's great!), and is spacious enough. There is a good pressure in the shower, shampoo and soap are replenished daily. There is a huge window in the room, one sash opens, there is a cooler on the floor.
Cons: everything is somehow slow, there is no customer orientation. The key must be handed over at the exit, and you really can't take it away, the keychain probably weighs half a kilogram. Plumbing raises many questions, these terrible flaps on the taps, hot water in the shower had to be turned for a long time at first, and cold water on the contrary beat with a minimum turn, in the sink it was regulated normally by the same flaps. In my room, the sink was installed with a slope to the wall and water was constantly accumulating on its upper part. There was no water in the cooler all the time in the morning. An unfortunate arrangement of outlets, although there were enough of them.

We stayed at the Planeta Hotel from 18.06 to 21.06
Even before our arrival, we were "hospitably" greeted by phone when we decided to ask about early check-in, since we were with a small child and were ready to pay for early check-in: an older woman simply rudely refused us, did not listen to anything and HUNG up. Back then, everything was clear and it was possible not to even give the hotel a chance, but we had no choice in vain. Upon arrival at the reception, I asked why they were hanging up, but they didn't even apologize to us and didn't want to figure it out, they just said they didn't know who it could be (as if anyone could pick up the phone passing by the reception)
On another day, at the request to bring a kettle so that we could warm up the food for the child, we also did not react, we had to catch the maid herself and ask her about it (the maid reacted instantly)
Also, upon request to bring a cot or playpen to the room, I was told that "most likely" she was busy, without even bending her head to the computer to check this information. Well, apparently there is only one children's "place" for sleeping in the hotel, which is also strange for me, since the hotel is far from small
The rooms are normal, but old, toilet paper was rarely brought.
The room with a cooler on the floor has a terribly dirty floor, even dirtier than on the street.
Of course, the breakfast is wide, but the wrapped sandwiches look disgusting, to put it mildly, it is not clear why they should transfer the products and spoil their appetite, since every morning they lay untouched by the guests. There was either sour milk in the coffee, or the coffee itself was like that, but no one drank it either.
To sum up, I understand that this is a three-star hotel, but there are basic rules that are the same for all areas in which people are served. For example, for a hotel: when guests approach the reception and accommodation, you need to get up from your chair, pay attention, communicate somehow!
I have worked in different hotels of different levels myself and that is why I am writing all this. I don't recommend the hotel, it's a pity that I didn't take photos to attach here.

Твёрдая тройка. Завтрак заказывайте по меню, очень вкусно и обходится намного дешевле. Отличное расположение, близость красивейших мест и памятников. Но отношение персонала на ресепшене негативное. Очень хорошо относятся к иностранцам. Решили от одних суток отказаться,так пришлось выслушать,что отель возврат не делает. Обязательно храните первый экземпляр чека, возврат оформляли полчаса с большой неохотой! Душевая кабина не закрывалась, туалетная комната очень маленькая, не было одноразовых тапочек, воды в бутылках. Жили на 12 этаже, соседи тоже отзывались о номере негативно, грязный стол, в душевой стояла вода.

On the second floor there is a restaurant where you can have breakfast, a buffet, a large selection, everything is very tasty. The bar is on the ground floor. Own parking lot. The phone is in the room, but you can't call mobile numbers from it. And all this and much more for little money. Near restaurants, shopping center, park, pond and much more.

We had a room - a 3-room apartment on the 11th floor. Clear. At first glance, everything is fine. 2 bathrooms, sauna. But, only in 1 there is a toilet, and that's okay, where the sauna has a sink and a shower corner, in which there is no hot water, only cold, apparently to pour after the sauna. The sauna is heated to a maximum of only 65 degrees. The second bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, but the shower holder on top is broken. That is, it turns out that there are as many as 2 bathrooms, but it is not possible to wash normally and comfortably.
In general, if you look closely, the room looks very tired. A worn sofa. Very dusty curtains, windows that have not been washed for a long time. Breakfast is a completely normal buffet.

Of the advantages:

Minuses:

- the door to the room barely opens;
- mini bar in the photo (or rather the absence of it);
- the terrible condition of the bathroom;
- the bathroom is generally a throwback to the 90s, and it's in the suite;
- the overall condition and renovation in the room is depressing;
- you need to wait well for warm water before it spills out of the shower;
- toilet paper is visible in the light;

Отель для непритязательных туристов, но всё, что нужно - есть. Ставлю отелю твёрдую четвёрку!
Плюсы:
- расположение в центре, ТЦ с магазинами (и продуктовым) и фудкортом в шаговой доступности
- заселили раньше, чем в 13.00, за что большое спасибо!
- смена полотенец ежедневно + вынос мусора
- хорошее отношение персонала
- нормальный по размеру номер
- красивый вид из окна (мы жили на 6 этаже)
- приготовили завтрак с собой, когда выезжали рано на экскурсию
- наличие мыла, шампуня и геля для душа, а также фена
- наличие завтрака
- куллер и утюг на этаже
- удобный матрац и приятное постельное бельё
- есть холодильник
- открывашка для бутылок
Минусы:
- слышимость, очень слышно как течёт вода у соседей
- входная дверь закрывалась с трудом
- нужно оставлять ключ на ресепшене
- если приходить за 20 минут до окончания завтрака, то уже практически ничего не остаётся.
- мебель уже старенькая, но вся целая

The TV has a bad signal, the refrigerator did not work. The back wall was slightly cooled, and when asked to change it, we were told that everyone was like that. The ground floors have only been changed so far. You can stay for one day. No more.

We arrived at the hotel around 23:00, we were quickly checked in. The room was on the 5th floor, standard with two single beds. Our room turned out to be better in person than in the photo when booking. The window opens, there is a mini fridge. The only drawback was that water was dripping from the shower in the bathroom, it was audible at night.
Breakfast was not taken at the time of booking, but the girls at the reception said that if desired, you can go down in the morning and pay on the spot.
In general, we stayed here purely for the night, so it seemed comfortable. Moreover, the room rate was much lower than in other hotels. The hotel's luggage storage helped a lot, we were able to leave our things there before the train left.

We stayed for a couple of nights. We were not disappointed. It turned out that this hotel is almost in the very center of Minsk. It is a ten-minute walk to Nyamiga, five minutes to the park and Komsomol Lakes. Well, all the tourist places of Minsk are almost within walking distance. The sound insulation is average, if you are not lucky with the neighbors, then it is sad. We didn't take breakfast, it's expensive, so I can't estimate it. At the same time, the excellent location, the center, the Victory Museum, a shopping center, shops are within walking distance. There is a beautiful illuminated fountain and tables to sit on your own in the evening. In general, everything is fine, Minsk is a beautiful city, thank you for your hospitality.

Individual tourists from the Russian Far East stayed 7 nights. We chose an inexpensive hotel in the center of Minsk, instant booking with payment upon check-in. Paying with a Mir card is very convenient. Room on the 8th floor with panoramic views of the city and the WWII museum complex , park. The historical center of Minsk is 10 minutes away, near bus stops, metro , shopping center with a variety of cafes of national cuisine. The room is good, daily cleaning, linen change, snow-white towels, air conditioning is running for warmth. There was a water cooler on the floor, but there was no hot water, the reception solved this problem - they brought an electric kettle to the room. Breakfast at a convenient time from 7 to 10 hours , a variety of dishes . The staff is very polite and attentive.

I stayed in the Planet from June 15 to June 16, 24. I gave it three stars, since the hotel has three stars, it does not pull for more. In principle, I can't say anything bad, a budget hotel in the center of Minsk. My single room on the 8th floor is clean, the water is hot and cold from the tap, the bed is hard, the pillow is small, the view from the window to Victory Park is excellent.
The Planeta Hotel has a buffet breakfast costing 27 BL/rubles. To be honest, I didn't really like the breakfast, the cappuccino was sour, the rice porridge and oatmeal were sooo thick, the chicken sausages, the omelet were delicious and the hot sandwiches. The photo shows a night view from the window of Victory Park.

We stayed at this hotel from 4 to 7 May. The first impression was sharply negative. We had problems with rescheduling the reservation (due to the fault of the intermediary), but there was a feeling that the girl at the Reception was trying to blame us for this. Instead of a banal apology for the inconvenience, we listened to accusations that we did not personally call the hotel and did not specify our reservation, and the fact that we have a voucher for accommodation "does not give her anything." I also could not clearly answer if there are available rooms, I sent them to look at the site)) which is quite problematic, since we are from another country, roaming.
After the showdown with the mediator, the girl still settled us, albeit with the most dissatisfied face and accusations against us)
There were no problems with the rest of the Reception staff.
The room was old, at first it stank terribly of some kind of dust, the air conditioner pretended to work, but in fact the temperature did not decrease. After flushing in the toilet with sounds like a rocket taking off, the toilet door did not fully close. A terrible system with keys, you will be forced to leave them at the reception.
In general, it is acceptable, but in my opinion the price for such a room and service is too high.

I was especially upset that breakfast is not included in the room price. They are included separately in the bill for accommodation.

Teenagers were running and making noise all night in the hallway (holidays). The room was very small. The toilet room with a sink, a shower tray (behind the counter) fits on 2 sq. m. The water flows very weakly. Breakfast. I'm not fussy about food. An omelette, a piece of ham and cheese is quite enough for me. But the sight of desserts did not arouse appetite. And the sound of dried marshmallows is generally...! I think that the price per night in this hotel is not fair! The presence of a luggage storage softened the impression.

Mold and rust in the shower, the door to the bathroom does not close (it has clearly sagged), we went into the room, containers of berries from previous tenants on the refrigerator, the refrigerator itself is dirty inside. The room has not been cleaned once in three days.
There are no glasses/cups in the room, the cooler is on the floor, but it does not have glasses either. There is some kind of cafe downstairs, it says that they work from 14-00, in fact it was still closed at 15-50.
In general, as an option, I came fell asleep - OK.
