A great place with Georgian flavor to enjoy the atmosphere and local dishes!! I have been here more than once and have always been delighted with the quality and taste of the famous phenomena.
Shkmeruli, chashushuli, ajakhuri, khinkali, kindzmarauli, borjomi - everything is fine and sooo delicious!
Yes, not the table prices, but it's worth it! Five dishes and two glasses of wine for two cost 130 lari (about 4 thousand rubles - acceptable for quality).
There are unflattering opinions about this place in the reviews, but I think they are more picky. During the times that I have been here, I have not encountered any rudeness or any national hostility. The order was executed fairly quickly. The food was cooked with high quality and delicious! The waiter is polite and friendly. Speaks Georgian, Turkish, English!!There were no difficulties with accepting the order.
Thank you, Pesvebi, for the pleasant acquaintance with Georgian cuisine and for the kind hospitality 👍
Having been once, it is impossible not to come back again and again🌿
This is a wonderful place......
Here you can relax on a hot day and keep warm on a rainy one.🔥
I really liked the dishes. Both delicious and satisfying, so that we don't order🫶
I especially wanted to write about a wonderful young man named Nika!!!!
Attentive, caring, responsive. This attitude helps you to fully feel the comfort of this institution💖
Such people were not ignored by the wisest book of mankind, the Bible.
After all, being next to a kind person is as cozy as sitting by the fireplace on a cold day.....
"A kind person keeps good in his heart, and good comes from him"
The Gospel of Luke.
I sincerely wish you success and prosperity!!!!

All in all, pretty good. Shish kebab, like in other places, is a bit harsh, but you probably won't find it better anywhere, unless you're visiting somewhere. But very tasty khinkali. Prices are the same as everywhere else. However, this is the only place visited where the staff does not speak Russian.
We came to this restaurant for dinner, were guided by a general high rating, but did not pay attention to private negative reviews. And in vain!
We ordered fried potatoes, pork kebab and tea for four people. Immediately, they asked to replace the tea, because it was very weak (just a little water). The tea was replaced, the replacement was brought better, but still very so-so. Shish kebab is just disgusting! Someone in the reviews has already written about the tasteless shish kebab, and it's true! Half of the pieces are over-dried, the second half is undercooked, everything is tightly salted, it is impossible to eat. In addition, even the sauce is not included in the package (+ 4 GEL).
In fairness, the fried potatoes "ojahuri" were delicious, I liked it. And the portions are large. The waitress understood Russian and tried very hard, thank you for that!
Total: 2 servings of potatoes, 4 servings of shish kebab (+ 1 sauce for all), 1 tea, + 10% service = 103.5 GEL. Expensive, definitely not worth it.
This is probably the worst institution in Georgia. The staff pretends that you do not exist, they sat for 20 minutes at the table that was not disassembled at the previous guests, waiting for the waiter. When asked what they could recommend from wine, the owners of the establishment replied that bottled wine was very expensive and they did not recommend it, they strongly suggested "homemade". As a result, they brought 2 dirty glasses of wine vinegar for 10 lari each.
I do not recommend anyone to visit this institution.
3+ points
Georgian cuisine with friendly staff. There are a lot of wasps climbing into the plates. WiFi is very weak, the dishes are served in ordinary plates, the flavor with such a serving does not really add up. One khachapuri was set on fire for us), but they gave it to us
This cafe was recommended to me at the hotel, we lived in the Crowne Plaza. It seems to me that this restaurant is a disgrace to Georgian cuisine. Disgusting meat, small portions. The wine is kind of homemade, disgusting... there is no good wine at all.
During the calculation, they attributed too much, and in the final they also required a cache, such as the terminal does not work…
Disgusting…
Of the cons: it's a long wait
A good place, we spent 156 GEL for 4 main dishes, 2 salads, tea and khachapuri
The waitress does not understand Russian very well and when asked to add boiling water to the tea, she brought boiling water separately...
But it was sooo delicious, I advise you
The food is normal, but nothing special.
There were a lot of flies in the cafe, which forced me to ask for the bill rather.
We were waiting for the change at 3gel (100p), but it was never brought, given that 10% service is included in the bill.
When asked where she was, the answer was: do you need this change?!
Bottom line: I do NOT recommend it.
Barbecue with bones!? The pork is overcooked, the chicken kebab is excellent. Khinkali is delicious, but overpriced. The 20% fee is not fixed anywhere on the menu, it is an unpleasant surprise at the end of the meal
The food is quite tasty, the place has a local flavor. The staff is friendly. We tried their homemade wine, we liked it, it was delicious, it felt like it was real and not powdered, as in some establishments.
An ordinary establishment. Ajakhuri, as it should be, was brought on an earthen pan (plate).
However, the plate itself was icy, and the filling was dry and heated.
Draw conclusions.
We were here for the first time a year and a half ago in September. There were a lot of people who brought tourists here and a bunch of flies that didn't get off the food. They left there. We came this time, more out of desperation. First we sat outside, all the tables are dirty. They went inside
There are two high chairs in the cafe, we met them only in Tbilisi in one cafe. The attitude towards children, as everywhere else in Georgia, is super! Chicken soup 1in1 hot mug of Maggie, neither the child nor I began to eat
The rest is edible. The price tag is high, such expensive hinkals have not been seen anywhere else. 2.80 per piece
+20%!!! for the service
an atmospheric place with a very tasty national cuisine. Every time in Borjomi we go here for delicious khachapuri and khinkali. The price tag is average, the staff will always tell you about the dishes, there is a menu in Russian.
The interior of the establishment is interesting, pleasant and clean inside. The service is fast, everything is polite and cultured. About the food, we ordered khinkali, khachapuri in Imeretian, kharcho soup. I liked khachapuri the most, it was big and delicious, khinkali was medium, ordinary, without much enthusiasm, the soup was not bad. The prices are average, the service is 20%. It is generally recommended to visit.
It is convenient to drive up. They serve without delay. Dishes for 5. Only sanitation and cleanliness in the toilet need to be tightened. I recommend traditional dishes.
They cook for a long time when fully planted, you will sit hungry for an hour. The portions are small. Eggplants are not tasty, there is no tea in the tea, the dumplings were digested, the Greek salad does not look like itself, the rabbit was cooked with norms, ojahuri was cooked in one dish, and then transferred to a cold frying pan, the dish itself is dry. The Khinkali waited an hour. We do not recommend it.
Order dumplings here) they are delicious, juicy and homemade here, served with sour cream and butter. There is also a delicious feijoa compote. We tried kebab - juicy and fragrant, I did not like the chicken kebab (the feeling that it was not cooked on the grill), pale, but not dry (although the breast). Kharcho costs 10 lari, not bad, served with bread. Dumplings are also 10 lari, but the portion is decent.
Well, the interior itself is very atmospheric, at least for the sake of it it is worth going in
It's a beautiful place. Very hospitable host, excellent cuisine, fast delivery. I must say that we were in Borjomi in the evening, night and morning and ate twice in this institution
We were at this restaurant on 05/31/24, the caesar salad was good, the khachapuri was not very good, the cheese was sour, but the chicken shish kebab was brought old dry, I give a low rating for the shish kebab! The most terrible barbecue in Georgia! I do not recommend this place!
A gorgeous place! The food is very tasty! The staff is kind and helpful! I drank homemade wine and the taste is excellent ! Mutton is like honey ! Come by and you will be delighted yourself
The food is no better or worse than other places. The atmosphere is interesting, you can get acquainted with outstanding scientists, athletes, artists, etc., whose fate is connected with Borjomi. The staff does not always cope with the influx of visitors. Lunch for a family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) without alcohol cost 106 lars. The check includes tips, I don't remember exactly 15 or 20 percent.
This is a very tasty place. Everything we've tried here is amazingly delicious. A family restaurant that knows a lot about Georgian cuisine.
It is also a very high-quality alcohol of its own production. It's a pity that we only came for 2 days.
It's a disgusting place, it's better to eat in the trash, although you won't immediately find a difference in the number of flies.
The kebab is so dry that the sand on the road is very juicy compared to it.
Pork kebab is raw on one side, charcoal on the other, and a fist-sized bone in the center
The mushrooms in the pan are sprinkled with such coarse salt that at first I wondered if mushrooms have bones.
Khinkali: out of 6 pieces, only 2 pieces did not burst, and only because they were torn when they were put on the table.
In short, only pomegranate sauce is good from the whole menu.
The staff does not repeat the order and does not take away empty plates, but brings them already dirty so that it tastes better.
But there is a beautiful toilet, it is for this purpose that I recommend visiting this institution, unfortunately they can not offer anything else
I will not recommend this institution to anyone. We ordered French fries, ojahuri potatoes, Greek salad, meat loaf, pork kebab, tobacco chicken. The salad was brought in about 15 minutes, 15 minutes passed from the salad to the serving of French fries, after another 15 minutes the cradle was brought, after another 15 minutes the chicken was brought and after another 5 minutes the ojahuri potatoes. The Greek salad turned out to be with capers and one cracker. Tobacco chicken is terribly over-dried and not even salty, not to mention spices and, as we were told, marinade in adjika. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, we asked the waiter how long the barbecue would be, she said she would clarify now and we did not see her anymore, as well as the barbecue. When they asked for the bill and said that we would not wait for the shish kebab, the "owner" of the establishment brought the shish kebab and asked with round eyes if they hadn't told us that the meat had just run out. As a result, the kebab was removed from the bill and taken away. According to the chicken, they said it was just such a Georgian cuisine. Somehow they managed to remove another half of the chicken from the bill, but they did not want to clean up 20% of the service fee. Anyone who wants to save their nerves and money, I do not advise you to even approach here.
We stopped by to eat. I liked the interior, it was cozy and beautiful. We have been waiting for an order for a very long time - dumplings and khinkali. Then we waited a long time for the bill. The waiters seem to be there, but they go back and forth stupidly.
Unfortunately, we waited for our Khinkali for probably 40 minutes, reminded several times, promised "now, now"....
I'm not sorry, no dessert, well, whatever…
In general, it is delicious, but this is not a big deal, I was upset
5 years ago there was a favorite restaurant, they cooked delicious. But unfortunately they lost their face. The kitchen has gone bad and the service has gone bad too, but prices have skyrocketed exponentially. They brought a chicken with blood, as is the order of things
I came here after reading the reviews. And I didn't regret it! Thursday evening, the restaurant is full. Despite this, the service is very fast - I took a large layered khachapuri - probably 28 cm - yummy 😋chikhirtma and salad, then baked apple - very tasty) special thanks to the waiter Nika for the care and speed of service!) 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
The coffee is brewed delicious (latte, cappuccino...) and there is Wi-Fi. Beautiful original interior)
I highly recommend it!!
An overrated place in the kitchen. The shish kebab is over-salted, burnt (I asked to redo it). 30 GEL for a small portion of meat is so-so. The kharcho, which should be revealed by the edge, is more like an ordinary soup. 20% for the service.
I talked to the hostess, I hope they will fix it. At the next table, they ordered khinkali - they were satisfied.
In general, Caucasian cuisine outside the Caucasus has become more interesting than in the Caucasus itself. This is both a plus and a minus for the region.
I have been to this restaurant more than once and considered it ideal in terms of price-quality-interior.
But yesterday they brought inedible coals instead of shish kebab, and 2 pieces of just burnt bones without meat at all.
But most of all I was struck by the dialogue with the waiter:
To my question, "what is it?" The waiter said without blushing, "this is a signature recipe, 3 pieces of charcoal + 2 pieces of spine" seriously! That's what he said!
I wished bon appetit to the cook and asked for a video of how he would chew the spine......there is no video, the embers are included in the bill, perhaps these burnt bones are reusable,
Disgusting. I read other positive reviews and am surprised. I can't assess the quality of the kitchen, because it didn't even come to that.
The hall was completely empty. Only one family ate. The hall administrator did not respond to my respectful "gamarjoba". She immediately said that she would not serve our family, as 30 people would arrive from the excursion in 30 minutes to eat. At the same time, there was a sign on the wall (open) and there was no announcement that the institution was closed for maintenance.
After that, she pointedly turned away from me. In four years of living in Georgia, I have not seen such boorish behavior.
Just as a theater starts with a hanger, so a restaurant starts with a receptionist.
I definitely will not recommend this place to my many friends and acquaintances.

Global disappointment!
We followed the recommendation and were just disappointed. It was the first time we came across such tasteless dishes, only the tea was more or less.
It's a pity!
If you are in Borjomi, be sure to visit this place. Very nice and clean place, delicious food. I would especially like to note the courtesy of the staff. We really liked it
A cozy place without frills, delicious barbecue, Imeretian khachapuri and kharcho. Great cucumbers in a salad. It is great after a full day of walking.
We ate on a weekday evening, there were few people. We took khinkali, a boat, a salad, a morse. These are the best khinkali and a boat that we ate in Georgia. Seriously. The service is super fast. Simultaneous serving for the table! You won't find this even in restaurants in Russia in big cities!
