The salon has deteriorated very much, from a pleasant place it has turned into a robotic organization that violates agreements. Before the first session, we established that I would become a client on the condition that I sign up on Instagram and did not give any other personal information. I stressed that confidentiality was important to me, and the salon management approved of it. Now someone with the intonation of a robot is responding to Instagram messages, completely out of place, ignoring questions and assuring that it is impossible to come to the salon without personal data, that is, violating our direct basic agreement. When trying to remind them of this and forwarding old messages in which the agreement is visible, administrators simply ignore it. Customer orientation is in the red and absolute degradation. Yes, and I was able to get an answer to the question of how much a pedicure costs me only after 20 minutes of correspondence, despite the fact that I asked the question specifically in the very first message.
