I was surprised to stumble across a Paul's in Russia. It's a cute restaurant the atmosphere is welcoming and so are the waters who speak English. They are quick to serve and are friendly. I definitely suggest trying their baked goods that are fresh. It's near a metro station which makes it very convenient and lovely area to walk around.

From ok to really bad : waiters dont know what they do, the croissants and other pains au chocolat are extremely dry and tasteless. They dont give sugar until you ask 3 times but are extremely fast to make you pay.
