We decided to have a dinner here but it definitely was the worst place we’ve ever been. We were here 28.06 at 22.
Firstly, the thin probably 40 y o waiter was so rude from the start, but by the way we decided to order wine and 10 khinkali(5 with mushrooms and 5 with beef). We got wine in 10 minutes, but we had been waiting for our khinkali for almost one our until we decided to exit. We saw 2 companies that came after us and got their khinkali in probably 20-30 minutes(normal time in most places). Maybe because they ordered more khinkali than we did, maybe the waiter liked them more, we will never know.
We reminded the waiter and asked about our order and he said “they will be soon” and 20 minutes later “I said soon”. But he said it several times during 50 minutes :)
When we decided to go away and pay for the wine only, he said that “I told you it may take a while, they will be soon, do you want to eat or not” and started arguing with us, but all we wanted was just to pay for the wine. Then he said “never come here again”. After this we asked a complaints book and heard a lot from him again, but we didn’t get it. The waiter just said "go away. You will never come here"
We do really love Georgia and everything about it, but it was the worst service ever.

I didn’t like it. We came to drink a glass of wine and maybe have a snack. The establishment is empty, but the waiter came 10 minutes after the call. They didn’t take anything but salad and wine. The portion is small (and wine and salad). The feeling that we did a favor by serving us. This is the first negative review of Georgia.

No one met me at the restaurant, I went to look for an empty seat, said hello to all the staff along the way, but no one bothered to escort me to the table. in the end, I found an empty seat, took off my clothes, sat for 5 minutes choosing food from the menu, the waiter came and kicked me out, saying that the place was not reserved and began to swear that I did not ask if this place was free. There was no "reserved" sign on the table. I'm sure he just forgot to put up the "reserved" sign. Very unpleasant, they didn’t escort me, they kicked me out and scolded me even more.

There are a lot of negative reviews, where does the cafe administration look? They told us there was very tasty food here and we went there, but they didn't even let us into an empty cafe! And where is the hospitality of Tbilisi?

A very pleasant place, it was right next to our hotel. The staff speaks Russian well, and in general the people are very pleasant. The food is delicious, we went there three times in four days. Khinkali, khachapuri, ojahuri, eggplant with nuts - everything is super tasty, 10 out of 10, the prices are also quite reasonable.
The bathroom is large, clean and equipped.
If you want to have a delicious Georgian meal, be sure to come here.

We chose this place based on reviews, and we were not mistaken. We settled down on the open veranda. The menu is in Russian, the choice was decided quite quickly. Khinkali with meat is quite spicy, with cheese sooo delicious. A portion of salad for two was not even mastered, it was so big. The prices are quite normal, for two with wine it turned out about 60 lari. Let's come back again.

Probably the best Khinkali in all of Tbilisi, there is a menu in Russian, I pumped up the current khachapuri in Adjarian, therefore, only four. In general, I recommend it: if you are nearby and want to eat fragrant and juicy khinkali, then you are definitely here.

On the third attempt, it still managed to get into the institution. The first time they didn't even pay attention to us at the entrance, and only when we asked if we could sit down, they told us that there were no seats. There were no seats for the second time either. Two ojahuri and a mchadi (corn tortilla) were carried for at least forty minutes. The compote (bottled, not homemade) was brought with the taste of feijoa, despite the fact that there were other flavors in the refrigerator, but we were not offered to choose. In ojahuri, there are three pieces of meat at the very bottom, the portions are small, while the cost is 25 lari with veal, 20 with pork. No one responded to the call on the "account" button of the electronic device on the table three times, I had to go to the counter on my own to pay. The result is that such a demand for this institution is completely unclear, I would not like to return.

The place is not as cool as it was advertised. For example, across the street, Rustaveli 37, there is a restaurant where it tastes better, the portions are larger, the service is better, a large hall, but it is not even on the map. As for this place: mentally, in a family way, good girls work. On food: sometimes a strange combination of flavors, there is no mineral water, only Borjomi, always! And in the menu, go ahead. They forget about the order - they even had to leave once. Wait a long time, then quickly. Places are always occupied in the evening, you can wait an hour ... and in general it is not clear why.

The khinkali had thick dough, and the khachapuri did not like the appearance and cheese. The dough was delicious. The staff spoke Russian poorly. We went to a cafe to have a snack. There were a lot of places, almost no people. Everyone was in the cafe opposite😂 There were three of us, including the child. We like to eat a lot - we sat down not at a 4-seater table (although there are such benches that you can't call 4-seater), but at a 6-seater. The table we wanted to sit at was not marked in reserve, the second one was with a sign, they did not go for it. The couple who came in later sat down at a table with a sign and didn't say a word to them. And some pestilent waiter ran into us and began to be rude and kick us out of the table, hiss at us and mutter something under his breath as he left. Although in principle he could have explained it normally and we would have moved, we are not conflicted people and understand calm speech. We did not stay in this place, we thought, despite the reviews, to go - we abruptly changed our minds. Judging by the photos of the "dishes", it's good that they didn't stay😅 Next time we will take into account the stars and the latest reviews about the establishments😅

We lived very close by, so we decided to have lunch at this place. They took meat (chicken and pork kebabs) and khinkali. The food was carried for a long time, they waited for 40 minutes. The meat turned out to be delicious, juicy, with a good marinade, but the khinkali is terrible: boiled, with cheese is not particularly tasty, since the cheese inside has boiled and turned into some kind of porridge. The staff didn't seem particularly friendly. As a result, what upset us the most was that 20% for service was included in the bill, when we pointed it out in the receipt, saying that it was not written in the menu, that there was some kind of payment for service or tax (we were told that this was a tax, although it was written service) they brought us an invoice without these 20%))) apparently, they tried to cheat like that ... in general, it's not the best place to visit.

Наверное лучшее место которое мы нашли для того чтобы вкусно и недорого покушать , быстрое обслуживание , доброжелательные официанты и администраторы , мест немного и поэтому придется подождать , чтобы сесть , или забронировать заранее чтобы точно был столик , очень вкусные хачапури , все что на гриле , большие порции салатов

Вкусно да и очень даже , хачапури по мегрельски бомба , хинкали калакури 10/10. Но сервис ..
зависит от везения и настроения официантов.
Были два дня подряд , в первый день на нас очень возмущено набухтел официант за то , что мы не напомнили другому официанту вынести салат ( который запоминался на память ) но был каким то образом в чеке. И впредь советовал нам сразу говорить о забытом салате в агрессивной форме.
Зато второй день в том же заведении прошел на ура и без казусов , наверно потому этот официант к нам не подходил 😂
Я сама работаю 8 лет в общепите и все прекрасно понимаю, особенно как устроена работа внутри , только лишь поэтому эта ситуация осталась неприятным осадком.

Определенно мой фаворит в местах что бы наесться до отвала. Хинкали «Пасанаури» потрясающие, хачапури по Аджарски- безумно вкусный, хоть и выглядел не очень. Чахохбили брать на 2 мужиков и тарелку хлеба- если с девушкой, то мне было очень много! Но Чахохбили просто объеденье. Пробовали так де шашлык и овощной салат.
Сходите просто даже попробовать тут кухню!

Ходили вечером с молодым человеком. В 21:00 все столики были заняты, нас развернули. Чуть подождав, мы пришли снова и попросили сделать бронь.
Через час мы вернулись, нам показали на свободный столик, и мы сами уселись. Минут через 5 к нам подошёл официант, принёс меню, тарелки и столовые приборы.
Мы заказали 5 хинкали с картошкой по 0.9 лари, 5 хинкали свинина + говядина + специи по 1.6 лари и соусы по 2 и 3 лари каждый. Хинкали хотелось запивать. В меню есть вино в бокалах: красное полусладкое по 9 лари, белое полусладкое по 5, сухие по 5. Ещё в меню есть литр компота за 12 лари… но нам приглянулся НАТУРАЛЬНЫЙ персиковый сок за 3.5 лари. Сразу вспомнилось знаменитое грузинское гостеприимство, и мы с парнем решили, что такая щедрость (официант сказал, что сока принесут литр) – подарок для посетителей от заведения. Его мы и заказали: литр натурального персикового сока за 3.5 лари. Через 10 минут нам принесли бутылку Cappy (производит это чудо Кока Кола - лидер среди производителей натуральных напитков) и два стакана. Бутылка была действительно литровая. Бутылки нам хватило на 4 стакана, это важно для конца истории (стаканы нам принёс официант, не мы взяли из дома).
Через полчаса после заказа нам принесли хинкали. Потрясающе. Вот серьезно. Парень буквально мычал от удовольствия, выпивая сок из мясных хинкали. Мы были рады тому, что поели на 25 лари максимум.
И вот нам приносят счёт. 37,5 лари. Плата за сервис (которого нет) - спросите вы? А вот и нет! В 17,5 лари нам обошлась бутылка Cappy (в магазине она стоит максимум 5).
Как оказалось, 3,5 лари стоит один стакан этого НАТУРАЛЬНОГО сока. Нам пробили 5 (видимо, 200 мл * 5), хотя нам хватило на 4 неполных стакана.
Вот такие дела!
История о чем: в ресторан или кафе люди приходят не только удовлетворить голод физический, но и отдохнуть душой. Но отношение персонала к гостям этого не позволяет. А когда с тебя на белом глазу берут денег больше, чем должны, это вообще грустно.
Будьте на чеку. А хинкали действительно вкусные и дешевые на сентябрь 2023
