I placed an order on the website from the city of Gomel on Monday (ordered express mail) I needed the product urgently, they wrote on the website that the manager would call back, no one called!! I had to call myself the next day, to which the answer was- we will ship only on Thursday, although I paid extra for fast delivery. What is Express Mail? You pay extra for the shipment to arrive the next day! Before I paid, I was not warned that the cargo would be collected only on Thursday. And the situation further on is generally sur. I said that on Friday I would not be there and the seller would accept the goods from 10 to 22:00, I work without printing, to which they replied that then the seller could receive the goods without problems. The courier calls at 9:30 and says that he has already arrived, although I said from 10:00. I asked him to leave the goods at the reception, to which he told me that my seal was needed and if it was not there, then no one would issue the parcel without my personal presence and passport. As a result, the courier took the goods and left. What kind of organization do you have? What is this terribly well-established job? I have never had situations like yours before. Terrible job!
