Great hotel. We stayed for a day before the flight to Astana. Everything is clean and tidy. The room had a compliment from the hotel of very tasty 2 jams..small things, but nice. The transfer was taken from the hotel to the airport. A great driver, a nice person...only positive emotions and impressions...We recommend it.

The hotel is located in the old town. The room is nice, clean. It can be seen that the hotel is quite mature, but because of the care, everything is in good condition. There is a limited choice of food for breakfast, but you will not stay hungry. The coffee is delicious. The only thing I didn't like was that the staff at the door of the room starts making noise early in the morning, I think it shouldn't be like that.

Nice staff, but this is not a "chain hotel" with all the consequences.... Nevertheless, the staff is very responsive. Parking (closed guarded) is available, the kitchen is truly homemade - not a dining room!!! I asked to extend the departure - they extended it without any problems, they didn't even take the money)))

Hotels are an important part of the travel experience, and I would like to share my delight at staying in one of them.. The hotel has provided the perfect combination of comfort and hospitality.
The first thing that struck me was the attentive staff. From the first moment of arrival, I was greeted with a smile and willingness to help. All the staff were very polite and performed their duties professionally. The attitude towards the guests was at the highest level, which created a feeling of true coziness and comfort.
The room I stayed in was spacious and cozy. Everything has been thought out to make the guests feel at home. The cleanliness and order in the room were maintained at the highest level.
Overall, my stay at this hotel left me with the most positive impressions.

I can't describe the hotel itself, because we didn't get there. And not even because of the price, which by the way is not low. We could not check in because the room for three did not work out, there was no place for a child. Although there was a sofa, there was no sleeping place.

The staff is nice, kind and helpful, but the sauna is made from the room (i.e. the sauna cabin is placed in the room) it does not add fire safety to the hotel , and the rooms look very old, not renovated

Чисто, уютно, готовят вкусно, самая лучшая гостиница Уральск четыре звезды. Завтрак шведский стол, на мой взгляд можно было сделать более разнообразный.

A good hotel, the breakfast is weak, they would like to work on the lighting in the rooms dim light, I do not advise you to settle on the ground floor, the noise will be heard. Очень добротный отель. Хорошие завтраки. Удобные кровати. Воду каждый день новую ставят в номере. Единственное огорчило - это несоответствие названию. Отель Пушкин, а внутри репродукции похожие на картины Ван Гога и не отмечали день рождения Пушкина 6 июня.

Для города Уральск хороший отель. Минусы слышно обсолютно все. Ключи как в обычной квартире. Нет зубной пасты. Место расположение очень хорошее.

Все отлично, пожалуй лучшего отеля в этом городе нет
Из нюансов:
- есть номера с кухонным гарнитуром, можно самостоятельно готовить себе еду
- не такой большой выбор блюд на завтрак как, например, в хилтоне.
- горячая вода греется в бойлере, там 80л, поэтому в душ с супругой ходили с промежутком 40 минут

Заявлен, как лучший в городе отель. По отзывам жителей города - так и есть . Расположен на вентральной улице города. Парковка удобная. Гостей встречают приветливо. Забронировал номер по телефону. Номер чистый, хорошо убран. Кровать удобная. Завтрак хотелось бы получше. Но хорошо

Удобное расположение отеля, профессиональное обслуживание, вкусная еда в ресторане. Жили в двухкомнатном люксе, номер шикарный. Жаль, остановились всего на сутки.

Хорошие номера, чисто, свежая мебель, белье и полотенца. Завтрак на три с плюсом. В основном ассортимент обеда. И, самый главный минус - в отеле нет отопления,. Номер нужно отлавливать кондиционером. Это очень некомфортно.

отель неплохой, заселили на 1 этаже, на полу кафель было немного прохладно, но в номере предусмотрены тапочки. а также нельзя было открыть шторы, и так как за окном стоянка, а так, в общем - то, отель достойный, хорошие завтраки в отеле ужинали в ресторане, цены приемлемые

Отель очень понравился. Мне попался уютный номер, питание просто суперское. Персонал приветливый. По расположению не определился, т.к. возили на машине.

Вкусные завтраки. Тормознутый персонал, и, правда, немножко вялый. Горячую воду выпрашивали 2 дня и 2 ночи из 4 дней пребывания. Больше сюда не поеду. В красный, крашеный паркет... старый отель. Сделано под старинную как бы «Италию», но... ключевое: как бы.

В номерах давно не производился ремонт. По всему полу в номере плитка, обычная кафельная. Это просто ужас, нигде я такого не видел. В душе стоит лимит на горячую воду, 80 литров и потом надо ждать примерно 40 минут до следующего прогрева. Есть плюс за еду, выбор не большой но вкусно и что меня всегда радует, то это наличие разных соусов и заправок.
