A very atmospheric hotel. The rooms are like spacious cells, the furniture is solid made of solid wood. A real sense of immersion in the monastic way of life. There is no fitness or gym anymore. Billiards is available, two tables: Russian and a "type" pool. Breakfast without frills. The rooms are clean and cozy! The sound insulation is very good! Wi-fi does not always catch, you have to connect via the next room.
There is a swimming pool and sauna on the ground floor - we did not visit.
Very convenient location of the hotel!

Convenient location near the Minsk Holy Spirit Cathedral. Spacious rooms, solid furniture, friendly staff. But, be prepared, having settled in at the weekend, for loud music from bars on Zybitskaya sounding until the morning. If you want silence, take a room with windows in the opposite direction from the Zybitskry. I can't appreciate the restaurant and the cuisine - there was a reservation for part of the hall for the anniversary. The event was accompanied by a gypsy ensemble - the music is so loud that you can hear it in the rooms located in the same wing as the restaurant. By the way, the polite staff of the Monastery did not warn us that we would not be able to have dinner at the restaurant with true "modesty", and it was not so easy to find a free place if you did not book in advance (Saturday evening, a lot of tourists and Minsk residents). The result was a dinner at a Chinese restaurant (in Minsk)!!! But the overall impression is pleasant. Yes, please note that there is a pedestrian zone around and a taxi will not drive up to the hotel - 5 minutes on foot in any direction.

Overall, it is good: the rooms really look like monastic cells, clean, new furniture, in general, approx.
Which is not very good:
- it's all right next to the pulsating party center of the city, toot-toot-toot until two or three in the morning, I don't know
- breakfast seems to be from 7 to 11, so if you come at 10:30, then, for example, pancakes with cheese and ham, which have been on the stove for more than three hours, become a little porridge. The rest of the food, for the most part, is also slightly overstuffed (maybe there are few people on weekdays). But there is a large selection — sausages, sausages, sausages, salads, etc.
- and here are two things that I have encountered for the first time in my life, although I travel a lot. When we checked into our room (very expensive, to put it bluntly), we were told at the reception: you have water in your room and tea bags, this is a compliment from the hotel, if you want tea or water tomorrow, you will have to pay for them. At first I couldn't believe my ears and asked if the girl was joking. The room costs about 8000 Russian rubles per day for two, but do you have to pay for a bottle of water and a tea bag?? Really?? No, the girl wasn't joking)))
- and the second shock. At the entrance, we were given a cardboard envelope with plastic key cards, the name of the WIFI network was written in the envelope and the password was specified, the girl drew attention to it - here, they say, your WIFI. We come to the room, try to connect – there is no such network. Well, how is it… Looking for, not finding. We call the reception. We are told to turn on the TV. Hmm, I think maybe it's like monastery magic. Maybe then you need to turn on the water or there's an air conditioner. Turned on – it turns out that the TV is distributing WiFi. That is, there is no Wi-Fi without the TV on. For some reason, the girl, handing us the password at the entrance, forgot to warn us about it. But I don't want to work on a computer with the TV on! I don't want a TV at all! We found a channel with nothing on it, but still some kind of glow goes on, and if one sleeps at night, the second one is by default without WiFi, so as not to interfere.
These two things were amazing, otherwise normal.

Fenced well-groomed territory, cute surprises ("hello lantern:) A good restaurant with reasonable prices. The very center of the city. And the unusual rooms are "cells" (this is a former ancient monastery), so the atmosphere is authentic. Everything is comfortable, the only disadvantage is that there was no refrigerator in our room.

The location is the oldest part of the city - among the temples, the town hall. By +10. We did not walk, it is very convenient to get to any part of the city. The streets are small, there are many cafes and restaurants.
The interior and attitude to the monument in which the hotel is located (apparently, it was really a monastery) are also at +10. The rooms have vaulted ceilings, everything is very stylish from the windows to the hallway and the lamps. Well, it's very nice to be there.
The beds are good, the linen is too. There is a kettle in the room, tea-sugar, bottled water (on the day of arrival).
Despite the three floors there is an elevator (panoramic). The courtyard is well maintained, flowers are everywhere.
There are friendly girls at the reception.
We didn't try breakfasts (in our opinion, it's a bit expensive, something like 2000 rubles for our money for breakfast), so we went to restaurants where for 1200 for two (!) It was possible to have a wonderful breakfast.
The cleanliness is perfect. I liked.

The location is in the very center of Minsk, in the district of Zybitskaya street. All the interesting cafes and other fashionable places are here. Excellent hotel, one of the best in Minsk in terms of price/quality ratio. The rooms are made in full accordance with the monks' cells, at least the owners and staff of the hotel are convinced of this. The service is very decent. Breakfast is enough to forget about food before lunch. The rooms are clean, as is the whole hotel. The response is friendly, they will help you with all questions. The rooms have TV, WiFi, water, tea and coffee. The hotel also has a restaurant, sauna, billiards and a gym. The train station is a 10-minute drive away. I recommend it for trips to Minsk. I would put 4.5 out of 5.

A wonderful atmospheric hotel! The rooms are arranged in the reconstructed cells of the former Bernardine monastery. The historical reconstruction is very harmoniously combined with the modern cofort: the monastery elevator (for 13 people, however!) and the monastery shower cabin is very pleasantly surprised. The single room has everything except a refrigerator (!!!) - for 70€ per night, this is somewhat discouraging... Great location. Spacious rooms (former monastic cells), clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast is without frills, but everything is delicious and of high quality. Near the street with bars and restaurants, traffic with music all night, it didn't bother us, but who likes silence, keep in mind. The hotel is good, with all 3 of its stars, the location is simply wonderful, in the center of the upper town and the main attractions. There are friendly girls at the reception, they suggested where to go and what to see.
The rooms are atmospheric, like a quite comfortable cell with vaulted ceilings and an echo. The bed is not particularly comfortable.
There is no minibar and refrigerator, there is a kettle.
I was surprised by the lack of a shoe spoon.
The breakfasts are ordinary, there is something to choose from. But they do not always monitor the timely replenishment of the buffet.
Among the disadvantages are the very noisy and cold central air conditioning, and the incredible roar of music from neighboring clubs. So if you like to sleep in the cool, either the buzzing of the conde, or a disco in an open window until 3 a.m. on a weekday.
In general, we were satisfied.

The room is nice, we were on the third floor. The views are gorgeous from the windows. The room was taken without breakfast and lunch with dinner. We went to the Lido cafe for lunch. Convenient and located in the old town. There are a lot of interesting things around, including a street filled with interesting and very cool bars in different ways. The bars are right in charge. I especially liked "At the bottom". Room service is fast and unobtrusive. Everything is clean. There are moments: there is not enough light in the rooms, the breakfast assortment is small and the quality of the products leaves much to be desired. In particular, the cappuccino function is turned off in the coffee machine. The rooms are quiet, but the door does not drown out the noise. For some reason, the sauna does not work on Mondays and Tuesdays (just when we were visiting, sadness). The TVs in the rooms have some kind of locking system and constantly freeze and turn off themselves (we judge by three different rooms that my friends and I rented). Due to the fact that the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone, a taxi will not come for you and will not bring you to the hotel and you need to go to the barrier (and you need to guess which ones are open and which are not. They have their own algorithm and taxi drivers have their own in their heads. Under the mood ...).

I stayed at the Monastyrsky Hotel from April 5th to April 7th. The impression was the most positive! When booking, I asked for a room in the old building (I love the authentic atmosphere)) - my wish has been taken into account, which is very pleasant. The room is interesting, cozy, wooden furniture, bed and plumbing are new and clean. The corridors and hall are also very pleasant and clean. There is a modern elevator.
April 7th is my birthday, it was nice to receive dessert as a compliment during breakfast, as well as the opportunity to leave the hotel only at 18.00.
The breakfasts are good.
The location is great when you walk around the center, it's always close to the hotel.
I look at the postcards from Minsk, with the image of the Upper City, and it's nice to remember how I lived in this ancient place :)

I had a rest in November 2023.
In the very center of the city with such a price and service, it seems to me that this is the best option. The entourage of the hotel... for an amateur :) But with that said, I was fine.
By the way, I have rarely seen a "double bed" to be really double, usually everyone shifts two single beds and steams. We had a real double bed in our room - an incredible luxury :)

Except porridge and cottage cheese with sour cream, everything else is fried and fatty, with a lot of vegetable oil. There is no refrigerator in the room. The staff is polite and helpful.
