Nice hotel for your money. Excellent location, 10 minutes to the beach, the same distance to the Piazza. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The room is clean, linen is changed every 2 days. Breakfast is served in a cafe across the street, and you can order khachapuri, dedluri, kharcho, and omelet, potatoes/buckwheat with cutlets. Simple, but quite tasty, we are unpretentious in food. On the downside, make sure your room has a balcony, as it's a real quest to dry swimsuits and towels during daily bathing. There was terrible Wi-Fi on the second floor, and there was also no TV in our room. Hostess Nana is just a gift, a great conversationalist, always helps in everything, worries about her family. He can tell you a lot about the sights in the surrounding area, and tell you how best to get there. We were satisfied with the hotel and the reception.

We had a rest in Batumi together with my mother and stayed at this hotel. What can I say: 1. The room was clean and tidy.👍🏻 2. Cleaning (including garbage removal) only once every 3 days.👎🏻 3. The hotel itself is located near the embankment, there are shops, cafes nearby, and Chistaya Street.👍🏻 4. We took accommodation with breakfast. The tour indicated a buffet, but in fact breakfast was organized in the dining room, which is located across the street and the choice was only between omelet with vegetables and khachapuri. The expectation and the replica did not come together.👎🏻 5. The hostess of the hotel. This item covers all the disadvantages!!! She was very friendly, helpful, and always helped us with everything.I would like to thank Nana very much for the white reception!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Briefly at the end. I'll start with the pros, or rather the plus: we liked the location. It is a 15-minute walk to the promenade and the beach. The Piazza and Europa Square are the same distance away. Now about less pleasant things. The six of us had a rest: 2+2+1+1 . Accordingly, there are 2 joint rooms and one separate one. At the same time, the joint rooms were located on top of each other, but they differed in size by one and a half times. We were unlucky, the room was small, there was nowhere to turn around. One of the advantages of the room is the presence of a balcony. The air conditioner in the room probably shared my sadness, as it burst into bitter tears on the second day. The arriving repairmen, saying "technology" several times, simply placed a bottle at the bottom, into which they lowered the hose. The next day it was finished, but it was no longer possible to change the direction of blowing. The shower stall probably fell in love with me, as it flowed every time I entered it. The shower itself sometimes tried to squeeze out the water by force, while from a high bell tower it put on my attempts to adjust the temperature, personally choosing whether I would get icy freshness or invigorating boiling water. The guys' 1+1 room was 3 times bigger (similar to a family room) but without a balcony. Plus, they had to reclaim living space from cockroaches every day. Fortunately, one of his friends is swinging, so one-on-one (and the cockroaches honestly attacked one at a time), he barely managed. Every time you went down and up the stairs, you could hear the nasty squeak of some tiles. Whether this is an analogue of nightingale floors, or whether mice trapped under the stairs screamed like that, remains a mystery. Breakfast at the hotel was a 5-minute trip to the Barrack establishment, which served the same thing every day (supposedly a Turkish breakfast): three slices of tomato, three slices of cucumber, a boiled egg, a piece of cheese, a piece of cottage cheese, a loaf, a piece of butter, jam and jam, a cup of tea and several olives with olives, judging by the appearance of inherited. As a result, they began to have breakfast in other places for money. TOTAL: The location is good: close to the beach and other places. The rooms are different, we have bad ones. The service is average. The breakfasts are bad. PS I can recommend a home kitchen nearby (40 meters - cheap and angry - Gorgasali 57), a little further from Provence (3 squares in the other direction - delicious, the price tag is average in the area - Gorgasali 48), Don's pastry shop (a little further from Provence - a large selection of desserts, cakes and other things, delicious, reasonable prices - Gorgasali 41), Makshaurma (2 blocks towards the beach - delicious shawarma - Pshavela 30)

The hotel is well located, near the old part of Batumi, the rooms are a little tired, white plaque on the shower and sink, give a feeling of dirt, we came across a room with a crack on the sink and a crack on the toilet seat, a drain from the sink flowed in the next room, there was an attempt to change the room.

Stop for the night. Great But with clowning prices, there is one thing on the website, it is available by phone, upon arrival it is more expensive by 20 lari, but it is possible to negotiate during the velvet season

The rooms are comfortable but already in need of repair, hangers, towel dryers are torn off, cleaning was done once a week, breakfast will not let you starve to death with a clean snack, either an omelet or khachapuri and tea or coffee. I do not recommend taking it with the power on, you will not see it, it is better to go to a cafe nearby. The only thing I liked was the location and the room was given with three balconies, so the rating did not go down to zero, only Georgian and a little English are spoken at the reception

Convenient location, everything is nearby. It will be good for those who do not want to live on the "first line" , the rooms are large, but already require minor repairs. The price and walking accessibility of the central streets are captivating

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room is very comfortable. The only thing on the second floor was that the Wi-Fi was not working well. Parking is indicated on the website for free, in fact it is paid.

A great hotel. We lived in a spacious room on the 4th floor. There is a restaurant downstairs, they allow you to take food with you to your room, it's convenient.
