A lovely hotel with very nice and caring staff. Upon check-in, we raised the room category from a de-suite to a semi-suite for free, since we had an early check-out, they prepared breakfast for us without any requests from our side. The room was comfortable: a comfortable bed, pillows, a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, air conditioning in each room, all appliances were working properly, there were no problems with water (hot, cold, pressure). The room was cleaned and towels were changed daily, and the staff always did this during our absence from the room. On the last day before departure, a plate of fruit was brought to the room as a compliment. At breakfast, you won't stay hungry, if necessary, you could additionally order (for free) an omelet with the desired filling, freshly brewed Turkish coffee. I recommend you to visit. The location is perfect - just a few minutes walk to all the main attractions located in this area of the city.

A great hotel, but first things first) upon arrival, we were offered a choice of 2 rooms, which already indicates the customer orientation of this hotel, the reception staff was very friendly and answered any questions very politely and with a desire to help, you could ask for tea or coffee in the lobby at any time and you would be happy They'll do it! We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights, during this time we changed the bed linen 2-3 times, and the towels were changed every day! The plumbing is all working, the room itself is clean and cozy, there is everything you need! The location is perfect, and the Central Square is a 3-minute walk away! If you have to choose a hotel again, then we will not hesitate to go to it, I highly recommend it!

Very helpful and attentive staff. We arranged a transfer to the hotel and the airport. Excellent breakfasts, a small buffet with omelets, porridge, various cheeses, ham, yoghurts, herbs, vegetables, fruits, olives and pastries. The rooms are quite large. We had a 2nd floor view of the Bosphorus with stunning sunsets. Cleaning was done every day

The rooms are small , but very cozy . The renovation is fresh , cleaning every day . Turkish breakfast is 10 euros per person. The hotel is within walking distance to the attractions: Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Sultan Ahmed Square. The street is busy, it's easy to get a taxi in a minute and go anywhere. The hotel is located in the very center, within walking distance of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. It is relatively new, 4 floors, and there are breakfasts in the neighboring building across the courtyard. The breakfasts are from 8 to 10.30, very tasty and of high quality. There are both the usual fried eggs and national dishes. A lot of baking. The rooms are small, very clean, cleaned every day. The staff was very nice, they explained everything, offered tea and coffee. The only big disadvantage is the audibility and buzzing of ventilation in the rooms. For the sensitive, don't fall asleep without earplugs, keep in mind.
