крайне возмущена,сотрудником почты Тесаршевой Еленой.авито посылку видит в первый раз... и вместо того чтобы вручить ее получателю отправила назад..надеюсь руководство примет надлежащие меры,по устранению данного горе специалиста..полная некомпетентность.
