I like the pool. The water is warm. There are comfortable showers, toilets and even a coffee machine. There are waiting areas in the lobby and a wardrobe (self-service) for outerwear and outdoor shoes. A lot of children are engaged, the coaches look friendly and professional. Since the pool is small and the demand is high, it is rarely possible to swim freely. There are usually a lot of people in it. One of the options is to go early in the morning on weekends (for the first session).

Nice pool. 5 lanes, there is a children's pool. Sometimes there are a lot of people. A subscription is available for sale. The water temperature is comfortable for swimming (27°).
If you want to swim, recharge your batteries for the whole day, then this is a great place. If you want to "show off" and chat - go to a cafe or club, do not interfere with others to swim!

It takes a very long time to regulate the water in the showers and it does not always work out.4 hooks are not enough, there is not enough space in the evening.5. Many lockers have broken locks, as well as the shower holder, which is very inconvenient. But despite all these nuances, the pool is very good! The staff is pleasant, always cleaned and this is always monitored (they ask to change their shoes before entering the locker room, etc.). In the very room where the pool has a dial where the time temperature is shown, etc. you can both swim yourself and with a coach, which is very convenient. It got better after the repair .

One of the worst services in the city! The pool itself is not bad and could only develop, but the attitude of the staff - the so-called "watchmen" at the entrance makes you want to never meet them again. Disgusting manner of communication, when it's not that politeness does not smell, but also the feeling that I personally break into their house! Wild far-fetched rules, do not enter, do not pass, do not ask, do not normally explain the lack of broadcast on the screen from children's classes, they also talk humiliatingly to people. Get rid of these inadequate employees! I don't want to go to you because of them!

At the entrance (on the street) there is a recess for the carpet on the tile, the rug is not suitable in height! You can catch on and easily wring your neck, thank God that this time it was easy to catch on!
With the numbers, it is not thought out at all, where to put them? Make elastic bands on your leg or wrist, at least for the keys, as it is done everywhere.
At the 21.45 session, there were 2 tracks for rent, and divide the rest as you want and I won't say that there were few people.
And such a moment still, after the pool, until late in the morning, the skin stank of chlorine, especially the hands, even after a shower, had never encountered such a thing before, which suggests that the proportions of this very chlorine in the pool are not respected.

In fact, the pool is pretty good, price = quality. I would like to see innovations in terms of the same lockers, we also stayed in the distant past and use keys and key chains in which the paint on the paper flowed from the water and the readability is 0. It's time to introduce lockers with bracelets, or just combination locks, as in many pools and paid clinics.
In general, everything is fine, the water in the pool is clean, there is no crush on the tracks.

После ремонта бассейн стал ещё лучше. Хороший ремонт, всё красиво, чисто и удобно. В фойе повесили большой телевизор, где можно наблюдать за своими детьми в маленьком бассейне. Смотрим всю тренировку с удовольствием.

В бассейне 2 чаши: «лягушатник» и 25 метров. Много секций по плаванию с разными тренерами, стоимость от 160 руб. за 8 занятий. В холле установлен телевизор, чтобы наблюдать за занятиями с детьми. Но так как холл маленький, а желающих посмотреть много, то внутри достаточно тесно. На момент посещения были проблемы с запиранием шкафчиков в раздевалках.

But for some reason, the coach conducted classes with children in a large pool and on the same track where adults swim. So I wanted to start the winter with this pool- like after the renovation and my neighborhood, but after reading the echoes, I'm just at a loss. Almost everyone with negative comments, and commendable -so-so - in two lines (I think this is a sign for management - to try to improve at least what is possible, both in service and in the temperature of the pool. Good luck! In the meantime, we're on a different route --))) And relax music would be very good for the people !

Небольшие подсказки тем, кто идёт туда впервые:
1. Дорожки очень узкие, 2 людям разминуться сложно
2. Сеансы начинаются каждый час. Например, вы приходите в 17:50, до 18:00 будете сидеть и ждать, только потом вас впустят в раздевалку. До 18:15, условно, вы переодеваетесь, принимаете душ. Плаваете до 19:00.
3. Разовое посещение стоит 12 рублей для взрослого.
4. Всего в бассейне 4 дорожки. В наше посещение одна из них была отведена для занятий под аква-аэробику, на другой учились плавать дети. 10 человек (если не больше)теснились на 2 дорожках - такое себе удовольствие, особенно учитывая их ширину.
5. Лично у меня есть претензии к администратору. После моей оплаты билета, она не выдала мне ключи от шкафчика. Когда я обратилась с этим вопросом, она сказала, что даст их мне, когда я буду заходить в бассейн (времени было 18:45, 15 минут ждала). Когда на часах было 19:00, никто не сказал мне, что можно заходить, пока я сама не поинтересовалась. И на мой вопрос, могу ли я получить ключ от камеры хранения, администратор ответила, что камеры хранения у них нет. Искренне удивившись, я прошла в раздевалку без ключа. И конечно же, там были шкафчики. Я спросила у людей, где они брали ключи. Оказалось, у того же администратора. Я вернулась и сказала, что камеры хранения там все же есть, так что мне нужен ключ. На что последовал ответ: это не камеры хранения, это шкафчики🤡
6. Очень неудобные ключи от шкафчика. Их буквально некуда положить на время плавания. Для сравнения, в бассейне Олимп на Якуба Колоса они прикреплены к силиконовым браслетам, которые ты легко можешь закрепить на руку во время плавания. Здесь же девай ключ куда угодно...
7. В женской раздевалке всего лишь 3 фена, и работают они только в одном режиме - адское пламя. Берегите свои волосы, берите фен из дома.

Недавно открылся после ремонта. Внутри всё новенькое и аккуратное. Но... Холодная вода, с детьми в маленький бассейн взрослых не пускают, даже если ребенок сам плавать не умеет. Отвратительная администрация и "девушка" на "ресепшене"!!! Не могут ничего толком объяснить и потом предъявляют претензии. В общем, над сервисом ещё работать и работать...

Отремонтированный бассейн. Маленький. Без прыжковой зоны. Взрослым на коротких дорожка будет скучно . так что детям и бабушкам. В основной тут дети. Бассейн сдает время, разные частники набирают под время группы. Удобно. Телек в фойе, чтобы видеть процесс.

Кроме :
Ледяная вода в большом бассейне
Три лавочки длиной 1 метр на всю раздевалку
Не пускают когда замёрз в лягушатник
(Хотя там никого нет )
И табло которое пишет что в маленьком бассейне 30🌡️ а в большом 27🌡️
А так норм

Отвратительный бассейн.
Непонятно чем думали люди, которые делали проект реконструкции:
- в раздевалке не развернуться: очень маленькое помещение + администратор будто намеренно загоняет людей с одного сеанса в соседние шкафчики. Сами шкафчики очень узкие, полки не закреплены и падают
- в душевой не работает слив - стоять приходится в воде. У душевой лейки только одна позиция - невозможно постоять под водой. Очень мало света, и ужасное разграничение пространства.
- очень мелкий бассейн - на старте глубина вряд ли превышает 1м - непонятно как плавать тем же кролем взрослому человеку
- максимально странное для бассейна решение - глухой матовый черный потолок
- нулевая навигация - непонятно ни где раздевалка, ни где выход в бассейн

На термометре 27 но по факту где то 24-25. Хамские бабки уборщицы. Только открылся но персонал совдепия. Кто таких держит ? Начальство мух не ловит. Чистенько.
