My favorite apartment! The room is clean, cozy and comfortable. Everything is new, matches the description and even better. A comfortable bed, a pleasant interior and a great atmosphere for relaxation. I was especially pleased to find a room with a beautiful sunset view, which made the stay even more special. The hotel is located right by the sea, which is very convenient and creates a great mood in the morning. There is also a very beautiful alley of heroes nearby. Nearby there are restaurants, singing fountains, shops. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a refrigerator, a microwave, a washing machine and a kettle. It can be seen that the room is carefully maintained. The accommodation left the most positive impressions, I will be happy to stay here again.

I want to leave a review about wintering in Batumi. Mom and daughter are 5 years old. I was looking for a new country, warm weather, proximity to the sea, comfort, privacy and modern service to make it cozy and safe. We have not yet considered houses in the suburbs and apartments in the old town for our own personal reasons. What we got in Orbit for December, January and February: 1. Quiet, not crowded, elevators are working. There is no heat. 2. There is everything in the immediate vicinity - mini markets, a variety of markets, a Grand Mall with the best children's playground in Batumi in our opinion. Yoga, gyms. Cafes, restaurants, opposite the dining room with pleasant Georgian women. There were no problems with shopping. 3. A perfectly developed public transport network allows you to get literally from the porch of Orbi, I'm not afraid to say: to any point on the map of Georgia. It's also convenient to have a child. 4. Immediately choosing a view of Turkey, the highest floor, in our case was 38th, you get a view of the mountains, the city and the sea, all in the palm of your hand. All the sunsets were ours. And the fireworks show that you will see from the balcony on New Year's Eve will immerse you in childhood for half an hour and turn you into a child with his mouth open, screaming with joy 😁 Batumi, I believe, holds the bar in volleys!!! 5. The presence of reception and security. If you are a mother with a child, this is very important. You can always count on help! You are in society, safe. They will help you solve all your issues. We managed without an emergency. 6. The landlord and his staff are responsive to any needs. With the baby, we got everything we needed. Extra blankets, bedding, a pot, and more. 7. Cleaning on demand, symbolic payment. 8. Even if it was raining, we could always go out and sit in the AromaCafe by the sea next to the Orbit. 9. It wasn't cold in the apartments. Sneakers, warm pajamas, and a condom solve the problem. Those who write that they are cold... I don 't know, a 5-year-old child survived and was not ill. 😂 10. As a bonus, you will feed the seagulls directly from the balcony!!! Those who write that there is wind and rain in winter and why such a view if you don't sit on the balcony - so you won't sit on any balcony in the rain and wind. And on warm and sunny days we always had dinners or breakfasts on the balcony. The beautiful sunsets made my head spin. Yes, sometimes you wear a hat and a warm sweatshirt, but it's winter. 11. The apartments are fully equipped for living. All appliances, even a vacuum cleaner 12. Special thanks for the lightning-fast organization of the exchange of any currency for lari. It was especially pleasant for a mother with a child in the rain. You will always come out of Orbit with a cache! To summarize: I believe that in winter those who really love the sea go to the sea, in any way. Affectionate, stormy, clean, dirty. By anyone. I recommend Orbis in winter! We lived in the apartment for a month - it was comfortable! A large bed, an additional sofa, 2 TVs (rented 2-room apartments), periodically cooked themselves (there is everything for this). The balcony had a magnificent view of the sea. There were no problems with elevators, although we lived on the 35th floor, and it is important to note that despite the fact that the building is huge, it was quiet, it did not feel like there were people around. The owner is always in touch, all our issues were resolved instantly, including cleaning. On the 1st floor there is a shop, a coffee shop. There are shops within walking distance, including the Grand Mall, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, and most importantly, the sea. In general, I recommend it!

The room, infrastructure, and location are all thought out and working properly. I didn't feel like a tourist in a hotel, but like a man at home. We moved into the Orbi apartments on occasion. I would like to note the friendliness of the staff and the amazing view from the room located on the 40th floor. Of the cons. Repairs, baseboards and furniture are battered in places, but they don't catch the eye and are compensated by prices. Overall, I had positive impressions despite the construction site nearby.

Very cool apartment! Everything is 10/10 for me. Cleanliness, comfort, location, floor, magnificent views of the sea, mountains and the city, everything you need for a stay is there! I was in Batumi for the first time.I was very worried because the trip was spontaneous and I urgently needed to cancel the room.I chose this hotel, I didn't regret it at all. I booked and paid with the card immediately. After that, I contacted the administrator Roman by phone.Since I didn't know what time I would arrive, and check-in starts at 14:00, I clarified this important point with him (if I arrive before 14:00, no problem). But since the time changed again with the road, I wrote to him and he dropped off the number and said that the card could be picked up at the reception. My room was on the 42nd floor with a view of the sea and the mountains, it's just gorgeous.The room is clean and everything is as described. The location is also great, everything is nearby.There were no problems with the elevator, I was there on October 6th.It was a little noisy at night (but it was 10 minutes), then silence. You can't find a better place. Starting from the location, ending with various details inside. Beautiful apartment just a minute from the sea, with an incredible view from the window. We lived on the 44th floor. Inside there is everything and even more (hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and other appliances), clean, bright, stylish, aesthetically pleasing, the sound insulation is super, you can't hear anyone at all. There are no issues with water either, wi-fi is flying. We settled in quickly, there is a supermarket right next to the reception, there are a lot of elevators and they are fast. Solid advantages. And look at the beauty you can see from the balcony. I'm thrilled, my vacation was great, thank you, I recommend staying here.

The views are simply beautiful, but which room you will get is a matter of clarifying in the application or negotiating with the manager. This studio room is on the 38th floor with a view towards Turkey. The manager is always in touch. Breakfast is served in the room. Breakfasts are very meager, one day an omelet, the second something like yogurt with thoughts. The overpayment for the breakfast fare was about $27. For this money, go to a cafe or restaurant. I removed the ball from the review for not matching its price tomorrow.

It's quite a normal place, although some friends advised against going here. He lived in June 2025 for several days in a room on the 45th floor. Wait for the elevator for a couple of minutes, although they said it could be 15 minutes. The room is newly renovated, and the disadvantages include too small partitions between adjacent balconies. We spent two weeks at this hotel. Despite the huge number of guests, the room is quiet. The noise comes only from the embankment. For those who travel with children, it is better to take this into account in advance. The queue for the elevator resolves in 5 minutes. Clear. There are no insects. Positive: In general, the apartments are clean, there are air conditioners Minuses: Queues for the elevator. You need to adjust to the flow of people to go down to the first floor or go up to the room. There are about 52 floors in total. Everyone leaves from 12 to 13 o'clock, so we spent 20 minutes waiting for the elevator just to get down. Window-to-window view. There is no pedestrian zone around, there is a construction site, and you need to cross the road to get to the beach. It's an interesting experience, but I don't want to repeat it.

Cons: there was no kettle on the mini-kitchen, stove, broken toilet lid, broken shelf in the closet, insufficient cutlery and dishes., dirty microwave. We went in and looked, and at first we were happy, but then we looked, and there was hair in the towel, stains on the sheet, and someone else's food in the refrigerator, which smelled very old and smelled very bad. We even had to put the refrigerator out the door. The view is great, but not the room. Plus, the refrigerator was very old and even leaked onto the floor.
