Of the cons: - construction site (a crane is stuck directly into the house, if the windows are on the side of the House of Justice, it is unpleasant). From August 18-23, 2025, I stayed at this hotel. It 's very nice , there 's a lot of light and lots of space . It 's generally very convenient for two people . We rested in building 2 in room 2215 , great view from the window , there is always Hot water , but there is no stove , iron , microwave . There are no gyms or swimming pools in Orbi. Only Building 2 has a view cafe on the 36th floor. And balconies for non - room exits . Overall, I really liked it. But we came with a group, and many people didn't like it because there weren't enough facilities . There is also a problem with elevators , there really are queues . There is a kettle in the room.

Orbie City Block D is a great place to relax with your family. The complex is conveniently located near the airport, the beach and the main attractions of the city. We chose an apartment with two rooms, a balcony and a beautiful view of the sea. During rush hours, you have to wait for an elevator, which is not surprising with such a high-rise complex and a large flow of tourists in high season. There is a construction site next to the block, which may create some noise. The noise insulation in the apartments leaves much to be desired. The block itself is still being completed on the upper floors, which may also affect the noise level. Despite these disadvantages, staying in Orbi City Block D leaves a pleasant impression. The view from the window, the proximity to the sea and the convenience of the location make this complex an attractive choice for a family holiday.

This building deserves a whole opus, but I'll start with the story. We ordered a two-bedroom room in this Georgian equivalent of Dubai apartments through T-travel. The receiving party confirmed the reservation, but promised to send the apartment number later. Of course, on the day of arrival, 2 hours before check-in, they informed us that this room was occupied and we could move into a 1-bedroom room (of course, no one was going to refund the price difference - the reservation was non-refundable), or just dump it on all 4 sides. They didn't rush around the city looking for new housing - they settled in. In general, the room quality is normal, but! The building is supported from the front and end by 2 tower cranes, and the upper floors are unfinished. I believe that the building has not been commissioned, but is listed as unfinished (although water and electricity are available). The view from the narrow glass balcony is not bad by Batumi standards. The room has everything you need, from a kettle to a refrigerator and a washing machine. Elevators (6 pcs) work according to a well-known schedule and regularly delight with a 10-minute waiting queue at the bottom, the density of sprats in a jar of bodies bought up in the sea for the ascent and the endless waiting for the elevator when descending. The cherry on the cake can be assigned a snail's pace reception and the complete inability to park at the building (there is no parking, there is spontaneous around) and a separate attraction with an attempt to drive up to the central (and only) entrances for unloading suitcases.

Check-in is simple - the main thing is to write off in advance and notify about the arrival time. The room is clean. There is a washing machine in the room. Minuses: WiFi wasn't working (it was critical for me since I work remotely). The doors are cardboard - you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms and the hallway (in the morning I heard a girl walking in the hallway, the sounds were very clear). We lived in a tower that was not completed - and the whole complex is under construction. The mall is downstairs with an unfinished roof. There may be a problem with the neighbors - when they handed over the keys, there was very loud music in the neighbor's room. The location from the center of Batumi is far away - it takes about 30 minutes on foot to the old town and the embankment. Atmosphere: This is a complex under construction. Yes, this is a normal practice in Batumi, but you need to be prepared for the fact that construction work is underway, everything is unfinished, and sound insulation is minimal. Recommendation: A good option if you are looking for an inexpensive apartment by the sea and are not afraid of the temporary inconveniences of the complex under construction. Not suitable if you need complete silence, good WiFi or a view of the sea. When everything is improved, I think it will be fine.

We lived in September 2025. Block D is the newest. They paid GEL 800 for 7 nights in a small apartment on the 34th floor. Everything was fine in the room. Not perfect, but clean. We were particularly pleased with the long beds and comfortable hard mattresses. One of the misunderstandings is the only curtain. It's not very convenient for me when half the window is closed. But this is in all rooms, in all buildings of the Orbit. The main problem is parking! But the issue is solvable. For GEL 100-150 per week, the local guys who are on duty at the hotel will kindly give you a seat right at the entrance, driving their car away. The hotel is the kind of its money. We liked it.

Well, the construction site under the windows does not add to the tranquility. We only spent the night at the hotel, but those who like a relaxing holiday are unlikely to like it.

The people in the hotel are like an anthill, it's impossible to get through. I didn't feel like I was in a hotel, but in some kind of abandoned dorm. But the worst thing happened at night. At 4 a.m., the door to my room was UNLOCKED! I am a fragile girl, alone, and some man came to me. He said something in an incomprehensible language and quickly left, but the shock and fear cannot be described in words. I still have an injury after that! I booked for 3 nights, but after the first one I ran away from there. Of course, no one returned the money for the remaining 2 nights.
