Nice hotel, clean, quiet, with beautiful views, the room has everything, towels, slippers, dental cleaning supplies, kettle , cups , tea bags, mini fridge, TV, air conditioning , private balcony in the room with a beautiful view of the sights of Tbilisi , fresh and clean linens, a locker for things in general , you've settled in and you don't need anything + and most importantly , your own bathroom , in general , I super recommend it ;)

We rented a room with our own terrace. Among the advantages, I would like to mention a beautiful view of the city, a very comfortable room for such a price and a good location near the center. There were also disadvantages: -Check-in was supposed to be at 14, checked in at 15 (we arrived and were there at 8 a.m., thanks for letting us leave our things at the reception desk for free) - The kitchen is not in the best condition, I don't really want to cook anything. But for us it was not so important, the pros greatly outweighed the cons, in general, only good impressions, I recommend you to visit.

Now I've read the reviews and really, I agree that the shower is not thought out, all the water in the bathtub is on the floor and splashes and all this drains into one narrow strip. The bathroom is very cold and smells damp. Yes, the batteries are not very warm, but now it's +18 + 20 degrees outside during the day and it's not cold at all. The rooms are spacious, the light bulb in the lamp does not work, the main light is very weak, and the room is dark. Web. In the bathroom, all the water is pouring on the floor, it's very cold, there's no hot water, and I don't want to wash myself again. We stayed at this hotel in September 2025. The hotel is in terrible condition, requiring major repairs. There was water in the bathroom all the time, it didn't dry out even for a day, there was an unpleasant smell, a feeling of dirt. It is not comfortable to walk to the toilet on such a lake with bare feet, and then walk with the same legs all the way to the bed. The ceiling is falling apart, black mold. We stayed at this hotel in January. The room turned out to be large and very bright due to the many windows. Upon check-in, we were given only disposable soap and shower gel, no towels were given, we had our own, the room was not very well cleaned, there was hair in the bathroom, dirt behind plumbing, stains on mirrors and walls. In general, cleaning is not the main priority for the owners of this hotel. It turned out that the batteries were turned off at night, so I had to heat the room with an air conditioner, which somehow corrected the situation. And the plus side was that we lived on the fifth floor of the hotel. There is an elevator nearby. There are many good cafes and shops within walking distance. There are many interesting sights and places where you can walk in the evening. When booking, it was indicated that there was no parking in the hotel, but you would not find a paid one nearby either, so you had to throw the car along the roadway, which turned out to be difficult because there were practically no free places anywhere, so I advise you to rent a place where there is parking

A terrace with an awesome view. Not a bad breakfast. But that's because the cook is good, and so is the rest of the staff. There are no more advantages. The room is damp and cold, the battery does not heat, water flows down the wall and there is no drain on the balcony. The bed linen and towels are old with a chlorine smell. It may be nice in summer, but don't come here in winter.
