On the second and third days of waiting, I came to the office, where it began: "The measurer's car broke down," "We are looking for a stepladder," "I am not Carlson," and the like. That is, in case of any technical difficulty (the upper window is at a height of about 4 m), the staff falls into a stupor and stupidly does not get in touch.
