The cafe is located in a convenient location, the interior is beautiful and cozy, the hearth is burning. There are many separate rooms where you can safely chat, eat, hold a corporate party, where music does not interfere. The food is commendable, there is a lot of it in the portion and it is amazingly delicious. The only drawback is the low temperature on the dance floor, comparable to the outdoor temperature, and a couple of heat guns are missing!!!

A great place to spend any holiday! Last summer I celebrated my anniversary here, everything was at the highest level!!! Live music, dancing till you drop, delicious cuisine. This year we decided to hold a New Year's corporate party here. And everything went at the highest level! The atmosphere is New Year's Eve. It was the first time, we celebrated a corporate party here. The place is very stylishly decorated, the atmosphere of the New Year is felt from the beginning of the evening to the end, I liked the show program and live performance. 9/10 service - from an official security meeting, a clear administrator (a nice girl) to an attentive waiter. The food for 8/10 - shish kebab, khachapuri and salads were very tasty.

We celebrated a family holiday on New Year's Eve. It looks interesting from the outside, and the music area is implemented in an original way. However, smoking in this very area spoils the whole impression. You can't blame the kitchen, but you can't call it refined either. The shish kebab is quite good, as is the khachapuri.

While we were sitting, it started to rain heavily. The roof of the hall is made so that in one place a natural waterfall poured onto the floor. They walked away from sin, did not wait for it to fall apart or not.
At the end of the dinner, the waiter asked if he liked everything. He replied that the shish kebab was too salty for my taste. The waiter began to tell them that they had been cooking meat like this for many years and everyone liked it. Well, great, then why ask? They gave about 160 rubles for dinner for three, but they didn't get any pleasure. I make better kebabs at home.

It seems that you have separate kitchens (different chefs and approach to work) for the restaurant and for export… I have eaten at the restaurant many times and was very pleased with the quality of the dishes. A friend ordered pancakes with salmon, I ordered a pork neck kebab, a mushroom kebab with suluguni. We accepted the order and served it in 8-10 minutes. I.e., the food was not freshly cooked, but warmed up, the kebab was not from the neck, but 2 hard pieces of another part. Very expensive. The mood is spoiled, money is wasted. The overall impression of me and the guests (11 people) remained good: delicious food and its assortment, entourage, dancing till you drop))) Everything would be fine if it weren't for one thing: At the beginning of the evening, the guests were warned about the number and assortment of dishes that were to be served at the table, because they wanted everyone to be able to taste all the dishes. After the celebration, the next day, an exchange of views took place and the guests noticed that one of the previously announced dishes was not served. When contacting the administration of the "Hearth" by phone and explaining the situation, assurances were received that they would sort everything out. After a while, the waiter of the “Hearth” called me back and stated in an ultimatum form that all the dishes were served and he was not going to pay anything. When asked why this behavior, the answer was given that the waiter received an ultimatum from the administration – either he deals with the client himself, or the money for the missing dish will be withheld from him. I explained that I had no desire to sort things out with him personally, so after this call, I called the administrator of the "Hearth" and said that it was wrong to translate the "debriefing" to the client and that the solution of this issue should be solved inside the restaurant. Also, after a long dialogue, the administrator came to the opinion that the waiter made a mistake and let this "loshara" (the words of the representative of the administration) pay for everything. I said that in this case I feel sorry for the young man and I am ready to accept another type of compensation – either a discount from the “Hearth”, or I will listen to their suggestions. I was answered to this request that the restaurant “Hearth” does not deal with this, but they will once again bring this problem up for discussion and will report on the solution later. More than a week has passed and nothing is heard from the “Hearth” anymore. I'm not going to call myself anymore, but my opinion is that this behavior is unworthy of a respectable institution.

The administrator communicated with us in such a tone, as if we were her serfs and had come to ask the Lady for permission to look at the celebration from around the corner. We came out with an unpleasant feeling that the customers were somehow not very welcome there. After sitting in the car and thinking a little, we decided to go look for another place where we would be welcome and not overshadow our holiday. Our tables were located in a separate room, leaving which you immediately get to the dance floor (you only need to go down the stairs). I liked the food and snacks, a lot was cooked on the grill (not counting the barbecue, also very tasty mackerel and vegetables). You can order a song for 20 rubles.
